The method consists of creating an outer mold of a natural rock, then using the mold to create a test artificial rock. The test rock is then structurally tested. Structural reinforcement members are added to the interior of a second test rock to structurally strengthen the test rock until a suitable test rock is created. The suitable test rock is then used to create an inner shell conforming to the inside surface of the test rock. Production rocks are created by molding a cementitious material between the outer mold and the inner shell.
