  • Patent number: 7513765
Abstract: A spike mold structure includes a first male mold base having a plurality of male molds and at least one firing pin, and a female mold base having a first fixing board, a second fixing board, a plurality of outer female molds and inner female mold. The second fixing board has at least one sliding rod, and the sliding rod has an actuating block. One surface of the first fixing board has a plurality of convex blocks. A plurality of concave slots are located at the surface of the sliding rod. The thimbles push the actuating block to make the sliding rod slidingly move so that the first fixing board and second fixing board are closely embedded or have a gap. Therefore, there is a displacement between the outer and the inner female mold. The spike mold structure is used to mold a bi-colored spike having increased strength.

  • Patent number: 7493935
Abstract: In a cylinder device of the present invention, based on a screwing relationship between a screw rod 30 and a ball screw mechanism 35 and through oil supply port control, the piston and sleeve 15 is made to advance or retract while being rotated. A rear end side of a rod 12 is fitted into a sleeve portion 34 of the piston and sleeve 15. Then, a fitting and coupling mechanism that uses an engagement key 41 and a key groove 42 causes only a rotation torque of the piston and sleeve 15 to act on the rod 12. The rod 12 with a screw core 22 coupled thereto operates at a pitch defined by a screwing relationship between the rod 12 and a rod cover 13. The pitch defined by the screwing relationship is the same as a pitch of the screw core 22.

  • Patent number: 7481648
Abstract: A side mold working mechanism includes a cavity plate defining a mounting groove forming a receiving hole. Bilateral sides of the mounting groove hollow toward bilateral sides of the cavity plate to form two hollow grooves. Two guide blocks disposed in the hollow grooves have a leading track. The guide block defines a locating recess communicating with the leading track. Two locating blocks fixedly mounted in the locating recesses have a preventing portion placed on the leading track. A slide is movably assembled in the mounting groove. Bilateral sides of the top of the slide protrude outward to form two shoulders slidably supported by the leading tracks and capable of being blocked by the preventing portions. The top of the slide defines an inclined groove and an angular pin has an inclined bottom end for being inserted into or withdrawn out of the inclined groove from the receiving hole.

  • Patent number: 7452198
Abstract: A controller for an injection molding machine capable of reducing an extension of a cycle time in a screw retreat process after the end of measurement, obtaining a more accurate and uniform measured resin amount, and determining measurement conditions in a short period of time. After the measurement is finished, the screw is stopped from rotating and retreated at a first speed V1. The screw is reversely rotated at a predetermined speed Rv in a set zone. As this is done, the screw is retreated at a second speed V2 lower than the first speed V1. After the reverse rotation zone is terminated, the screw is stopped from rotating and retreated at a third speed V3 to a set retreat stop position. By doing this, the cycle time can be made shorter than in the case where the retreat and reverse rotation of the screw are performed separately. Since the retreating speed of the screw is low while the screw is being reversely rotated, a sudden pressure change can be suppressed, so that precise measurement can be made.
