    Abstract: A self-laminating rotating cable marker label is constructed of a transparent film having a first adhesive area, an adhesive-free smooth area, and a second adhesive area. A print-on area forms one side of the transparent film, the print-on area adapted to receive indicia identifying the cable about which the marker label is applied. A perforation extends across the transparent film providing a line of separation of the transparent film. When wrapped around a cable, the second adhesive area overlies the print-on area such that the cable identifying indicia is visible through the transparent second adhesive area. As the transparent film is wrapped around the cable, the first adhesive area adheres to the cable. The remainder of the transparent film is rotated, breaking the perforation, whereby the smooth area of the film in contact with the cable provides smooth rotation of the label around the cable.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method of identifying delamination damage of an arc-shaped composite laminate, and belongs to the technical field of delamination damage identification. According to the method, an elliptical loci method and a fitted normal PDF for damage imaging are probabilistically integrated under a Bayesian framework. A plurality of characteristics sensitive to damage can be reasonably fused, known prior information is combined with measured time of flight (ToF) data, and the posterior distribution of unknown parameters is sampled by using a Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) algorithm, so that the reliability of damage location is improved, and the applicability of Lamb waves in damage location of plate structures is enhanced. In addition, the present disclosure can accurately identify the delamination damage of the arc-shaped composite laminate by processing the measured time of flight (ToF), and the absolute positioning error is less than 1 cm.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a geomembrane lining system and method of assembly in which a protective release seal is provided on the weld edges of a geomembrane liner. Geomembrane liners are arranged to line a containment area. Adjacent liners are arranged to partially overlap one another. The side edge of the geomembrane liner have a protective release film over areas of the liners that are to be welded. The protective release film protects the weld edge from accumulating dust and debris prior to and during installation. Dust and debris may disrupt the weld seam and allow contained waste material to leach into the surrounding area. The protective release film is removed prior to or during a welding operation. As a result, the adjacent geomembrane liners are welded together while minimizing or eliminating the presence of dust and debris at the weld edge.
