The anticorrosion paint has an excellent anticorrosion effect, long persistence of the anticorrosion effect, high durability and superior coating property controlling the anticorrosion effect, without using metal causing environmental pollution as an anticorrosion pigment. Especially, in the anticorrosion paint, the top coat paint for improving the protection of the primer coat paint and the anticorrosion effect. The top coat paint includes 40 to 89 wt % of matrix resin, 5 to 54 wt % of colored pigment, 1 to 50 wt % of dopants and 5 to 54 wt % of mixed solvents, and the primer coat paint includes 3 to 49 wt % of the polyaniline, 40 to 86 wt % of the matrix resin, 1 to 47 wt % of the dopants and 10 to 56 wt % of the mixed solvents. The anticorrosion paint plays a role in exerting persistently the excellent anticorrosion effect without causing environmental problem.Type: GrantFiled: September 3, 2002Date of Patent: June 29, 2004Assignees: AD-Tech Co., Ltd., Samhwa Paints Ind. Patent number: 6702910Abstract: A process for producing a chip, comprising the steps of: setting an object to be diced on a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet for producing chip comprising at least one layer of shrinkable film, an expansible film and a pressure sensitive adhesive layer for setting the object; fixing edges of the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet for producing chip; dicing the object into chips, and shrinking the shrinkable film to thereby expand chip spacings. In the process for producing small chips such as semiconductor chips, chip spacings can be expanded without the need to conduct the conventional expansion step.Type: GrantFiled: August 28, 2001Date of Patent: March 9, 2004Assignee: Lintec CorporationInventors: Hayato Noguchi, Kazuyoshi Ebe

Patent number: 6692835Abstract: Polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) is used as a slip coating on a cigarette package innerwrap to prevent the innerwrap from sticking to the rollers of cigarette packaging machinery during processing of the innerwrap material. PVOH unexpectedly has a low retention of menthol, as compared to conventional slip coating materials, which also makes it useful in mentholation processes that involve applying menthol to the innerwrap rather than to the cigarettes per se.Type: GrantFiled: September 14, 2000Date of Patent: February 17, 2004Assignee: R. Patent number: 6593001Abstract: A method for perforating heat-sensitive stencil sheet is provided, which comprises ejecting a photothermal conversion material contained in a liquid from a liquid-ejecting means to transfer it together with the liquid to heat-sensitive stencil sheet, and then exposing the heat-sensitive stencil sheet to a visible or infrared ray to perforate the heat-sensitive stencil sheet specifically at portions to which the photothermal conversion material has been transferred. The stencil sheet may have a liquid absorbing layer and a layer reflecting the visible or infrared ray. Upon perforation, stencil sheet is not required to contact any substance such as an original or a thermal head.Type: GrantFiled: October 4, 1996Date of Patent: July 15, 2003Assignee: Riso Kagaku CorporationInventor: Hideo Watanabe

Patent number: 6546694Abstract: A structural panel comprises a metal and fibrous composite in which the metal outer skins have a minimum thickness of 0.005 in. exceeding foils and a maximum thickness of 0.012 in. while the fibrous core ranges between 0.01 in. and 0.05 in. The panel is a stiff, lightweight substitute for thicker metals and may replace light metal sheets such as aluminum with a composite in which the metal skins comprise sheets from heavier metals such as steel. The fibrous core is a web which is adhesively bonded to the metal skins and which has a plurality of weight-reducing openings formed therein to form a structural laminate having comparable strength to steel sheets of greater weight.Type: GrantFiled: April 24, 2001Date of Patent: April 15, 2003Assignee: Dofasco Inc.Inventor: David D'Arcy Clifford
