Abstract: An orthodontic device which may be used for treating Class II malocclusions including one or more rotational joints having a movable axis of rotation and an extension assembly having at least two reciprocating rods. Advantageously, the device may be elasticated or an unelasticated and may, with minimal reconfiguration, be used for further treatment, for example by being reversed.
Abstract: The present invention discloses occlusal locks and positioning handles as part of an upper and/or lower denture or other prosthetic solution, the locks facilitating alignment construction and delivery of the conversion prosthesis, expediting the clinical procedure, and ensuring accurate alignment that improves the accuracy of rapid tooth replacement procedures.

Abstract: An improved dental prosthesis stabilizer includes two arms connected to each other by a hinge joint and with which an upper dental prosthesis and a lower dental prosthesis are coupled to one another. A spring is provided at the hinge joint with which the upper prosthesis and the lower prosthesis are pushed away from each other. At least one of the arms is telescopic and is formed of a bent distal end of the spring, which can be axially moved in a bent guide. The guide is fixed on the upper dental prosthesis or the lower dental prosthesis or is embedded therein.

Abstract: An orthodontic device treats malocclusions using a telescopic rod fixed to a molar on the upper arch and a molar on a lower arch. The telescopic rod lengthens and shortens during opening and closing of the jaw. The telescopic rod encourages the patient to properly position their jaw causing adaptation thereby treating the malocclusions.

Abstract: Dental prosthesis stabilizer consisting of at least two arms (4-5), connected to one another by means of a hinged joint (6), whereby the hinged joint (6) is equipped with a spring (26), and whereby the arms (4-5) are provided with junctures (13,23) in order to fix these arms to a dental prosthesis, and whereby at least one of the arms (4-5) can be extended.
Abstract: A procedure for facilitating osseous growth, particularly in dental surgery and in maxillofacial surgery, and device for implementing this procedure is disclosed. The device includes an elastic member which is interposed between bone surface and a membrane arranged beneath tissues overlying the bone surface. The elastic member is capable of lifting the membrane a slight distance with a controlled amount of pressure. In the procedure, the elastic member is held temporarily, until scarring has taken place, in a state in which the elastic device presents a minimum thickness between the osseous surface and the membrane and the elastic device does not exert any appreciable stress on the latter.
Abstract: A denture apparatus which includes an upper denture and an opposed lower denture. At least one spring is enclosed and held within a spring enclosure assembly, the spring enclosure assembly attached only to the upper denture. The assembly is adapted to contact the lower denture when the dentures are brought in proximity with each other in order to urge the lower denture away from the upper denture, thereby retaining the dentures in proper position.
Abstract: A denture apparatus including a maxillary or upper denture and an opposed mandibular or lower denture. At least one leg extends from the upper denture toward the lower denture so that the leg will engage with the lower denture when the dentures are brought in proximity with each other. A coil spring mechanism for each leg tensions the extending leg in order to urge the lower denture away from the upper denture thereby retaining the dentures in place during eating.
