Abstract: The present invention provides tablets with interconnection features and a system of multiple tablet assemblies removably interconnected to one another. The tablets may be removably mounted to a vertical surface or positioned on a horizontal surface. Features of the present invention allow a user to remove or move one tablet from the system without disrupting or moving the other tablets.

Abstract: A series of devices that allow for embedding of an image as a background while also affording the user the ability to write and print on the surface, with erasable capabilities, thus providing a multifunctional product for use in numerous industries. The devices are manufactured from predominately corrugated plastic. In one embodiment a one piece, removably attachable, cabinet system and graphic display system. In an additional embodiment, a writable board, or peg board comprising a front panel and a rear panel wherein the panels are interconnected by parallel rows, or corrugations, these panels include a writable and erasable surface. The present invention relates to assemblies of corrugated systems to better serve personal, business, and educational needs.

Abstract: A pack or set of four-sided, waterproof flashcards, which facilitates alternating between several subjects such as spelling, math and pattern recognition. One of the two faces of each flashcard is labelled with specific pairings of alpha-numeric characters or specific mathematical symbol pairings, or is substantially blank. Labelled in one of the four corners of the alternate faces of all of the flashcards in the set is a single small shape (for example, an oval shape). The colour of this shape varies, depending upon the information which is labelled on the aforementioned reverse faces of the flashcards. All of the flashcards may display non-permanent information, which can be printed, written or drawn by users onto both faces of the flashcards, with wet or dry erase markers, for many different interrelated learning purposes.

Abstract: A modular system is described and claimed featuring one of numerous connector embodiments having a plurality of the same or different component channels for providing a user flexibility in the types and arrangements of modular components for the office space. The connectors may have channels on one or more of a plurality of faces of the connector—front, bottom, back and top, and the components have complimentary configurations for slidable engagement with the channels of the connectors.

Abstract: A magnetically active laminate is disclosed. The magnetically active laminate is composed of a resin impregnated layer bonded to a distinct, magnetically active sheet. The laminate is especially well suited for use in the construction of erasable markerboards and cubicle panels, although many applications are possible within the scope of the present invention.

Abstract: A printing composition that is adapted for printing on computer printers and the like. The printing composition includes a backing sheet and a printing sheet. The printing sheet includes an electret which is reversibly bound to the backing sheet. In one embodiment of the invention, the printing sheet is coated with an ink absorbing coating. The electret can be constructed from materials such as polypropylene or polyethylene that have been subjected to electrostatic fields.

Abstract: A board base provides a storage and display unit for a plurality of markable white erasable presentation panels. Such presentation panels can be used with erasable marker pens. The board base can display one presentation panel and store four additional presentation panels. The board base can be adapted to permit either first side removal, second side removal, or top side removal. Set screws are provided for releasably securing these members. Indicia, such as color coded or numbered tabs permit ready identification by the user, and provide an accessible manual gripping portion for removal of each presentation panel. In operation, a selected presentation panel is removed from the framework in the board base, and the presentation panel is inserted into a front presentation slot in the lower track member. The presentation panel is positioned flush with the front board for ease of marking and viewing.

Abstract: A kit or cohesive group of reusable elements to aid a facilitator or trainer to enhance interchange and organization of group discussions comprising portable foldable backboards, plastic erasable, reusable recording sheets, at least one process display wallboard, multiple colored or imprinted cards of variable shapes and sizes that will allow recording thereon and removably cling to said sheets and said wallboard and necessary marking and erasing accessories. With a preferred embodiment further including a specially designed carrying cases for ease of transport of said components.

Abstract: A writing device is disclosed wherein a clear overlay is pivotally attached to an underlying enclosure. A support surface is formed on the enclosure beneath the clear overlay. Paper forms may be placed on the support surface such that one may write on the clear overlay, using the written guide to trace. In another feature, the support surface is provided by a secondary writing surface that may be selectively positioned on the overlay. The secondary writing surface upon removal is dimensioned to be accepted within a well-like enclosure formed by the frame for the clear overlay. The secondary writing surface is erasable, may be formed of a porcelainized wallboard, and additionally may be magnetized. Alternatively, a chalkboard may be utilized for the secondary writing surface. The overlay is preferably formed of a non-porous coated plexiglass to make it being easily erasable. In addition, the overlay may be attached to the enclosure through a removable hinge such that it may be removed for cleaning.

Abstract: This invention relates generally to portable drawing surfaces and more particularly to a base structure with interchangeable components. The invention permits the manufacture of a base structure that can be combined with an accessory unit and a working surface to create either a lighted drawing surface or a drawing surface with a utensil accessory tray. This results in substantial savings in manufacturing costs as tooling requirements are substantially lowered. The lighted drawing surface includes a working surface, a lighting accessory unit and a base structure to provide a backlit surface for tracing and drawing. The portable drawing surface replaces the lighting accessory unit with a utensil accessory unit and thereby provides a drawing surface with a tray for displaying and organizing utensils.

Abstract: A portable game board structure is arranged to provide for coaches and the like to illustrate various plays and examples relative to a game playing situation. The game board includes a rigid perimeter having a central opening, with one of a plurality of game boards mounted to the perimeter centrally oriented relative to the opening. Clip structure mounted relative to the opening is arranged to selectively secure the game boards thereto, with magnetic tokens utilized to indicate opposing teams in illustrative strategy play. The tokens, as well as a white writing instrument, are magnetically adhered to a perimeter frame portion of the game board apparatus.

Abstract: A tool for use by an incident commander for organizing, deploying and managing resource units assigned by the commander in a incident control operation. A carrying case including a variety of graphic displays and movable tags identifying regional resources. A first graphic contains the tags of potentially available resources for that operation. A second graphic to which the tags are moved upon the resources represented by the tags being assigned to that operation. A third graphic to which the tags are moved to identify tasks assigned to the specific units.Additional graphic displays provide expansion of the incident organization determined by the size and severity of the incident. Graphic displays are segregated by area responsibility such as medical, finance, etc. A command graphic enables the expansion of the chain of command. In all cases, individuals having supervisory or management responsibility are identified and positioned within the chain of command.

Abstract: Writing apparatus includes flexible electret film, capable of being erasably written upon with dry erase markers, as a writing medium. The apparatus includes a roll of electret film in a receptacle, brackets for mounting the receptacle to a wall or a conventional flip chart stand, and a cutter to separate the material into sheets.

Abstract: A portable, free-standing visual aid designed to be used by coaches, teachers and other group leaders. The invention incorporates a large chalkboard, a chalk tray, sliding, two-sided inserts, a storage pocket for the inserts, and a smaller storage pocket for other items. It has a handle for portability. Some models use releasable fasteners to hold a chalk holder and eraser.

Abstract: An erasable system including a marking element providing a substantially non-porous marking surface and an erasable marking composition for applying markings to the marking surface. The erasable marking composition comprises a dispersion of a particulate film-forming polymeric material and a colorant and preferably also include a water soluble polymer.
