Abstract: Provided are a charging adapter device and an installing method of a charging adapter device. The charging adapter device includes a connector, and the connector includes a housing and a terminal. The charging adapter device further includes an adapter plate and two pins. The adapter plate is arranged in the housing and electrically connected to the terminal. The two pins are separately electrically connected to the adapter plate such that the two pins are electrically conductive with the connector through the adapter plate. The charging adapter device achieves the convenience of charging for the product. The installing method of the charging adapter device improves the installation efficiency of the charging adapter device.

Abstract: A line isolating power connector can include a housing for connecting with a power cable and a power source, and wires positioned through the housing that include at least a line wire and a neutral wire. The housing is separated by an aperture into a line conduit and a neutral conduit, and the aperture is sized to receive a portion of a contactless power quality probe such that the power quality probe can be connected around the first line conduit or neutral conduit in order to measure power quality in either the line wire or the neutral wire.

Abstract: A foldable plug device includes a pin module having at least one fixed pin. A first articulating shaft is disposed in a bottom of the pin module, and a first casing and a second casing are disposed at two sides of the pin module. A slot is disposed in a middle portion of the first casing. A movable pin corresponding to the fixed pin is disposed at the second casing, and the movable pin is configured such that the movable pin is located in the slot when the two casings are folded, and the movable pin is turned out of the slot when the two casings are unfolded, to form a plug cooperating with the fixed pins.

Abstract: A plug includes a housing, a rotating mechanism, and a pair of pins. The rotating mechanism has a holding member, and a rotating member. The holding member is secured in the housing, and has an elastic arcuate portion having a plurality of recesses. The rotating member is rotatable relative to the holding member, and has a projection mating with each of the recesses of the arcuate portion of the holding member. The pair of pins are secured to the rotating member. The projection of the rotating member is movable along the arcuate portion of the holding member and presses the arcuate portion such that the arcuate portion is elastically deformed until the projection engages one of the recesses of the arcuate portion. When the projection engages one of the recesses, the rotating member and the pair of pins are held in a specific orientation.

Abstract: An electrical plug connector includes a rotary assembly, an electrical plug assembly having a live prong assembly, a neutral prong assembly, and a ground prong assembly and capable of rotating with respect to a first predetermined axis, and a linkage portion between the rotary assembly and the electrical plug assembly for linking the live prong assembly, the neutral prong assembly, and the ground prong assembly. The linkage portion is configured to enable the live prong assembly, the neutral prong assembly, and the ground prong to rotate with respect to a first predetermined axis simultaneously. When not so linked the three prongs may be folded into receiving spaces on the plug connector.

Abstract: A flash memory mass storage drive stores user files in a convenient credit card sized drive. Embodiments function as both a credit card and a mass storage drive. Communication may be through a host interface connector such as a USB connector, a magnetic interface, a smart card interface, and/or a near field communication interface. In certain embodiments the drive comprises a portion that is sufficiently thin to be swiped through a standard credit card, ATM, or point of sale device. The USB connector of the drive can easily be plugged into even a crowded receptacle of a host computing device.

Abstract: A charging unit for an electrical device such as a headset. The charging unit is designed to minimize the envelope of the unit when the outlet interface prongs are in the stowed position. The charging unit minimizes the use of space when plugged into an outlet or into an outlet strip. A kit including a charging unit, an coupler adapted to hard mount a headset to the charging unit while charging, and a power cord adapted to connect to a headset to charge the headset while the headset is at a position further from the charging unit.

Abstract: A universal power plug comprises two plastic halves that are hinged together so they can open and close like a door hinge plate. Each half has a plug blade mounted in a cylindrical socket that allows them to freely rotate and best fit a particular wall socket. The hinged arrangement allows the pitch between the blades to be adjusted to accommodate the variety of blade and pin spacings used throughout the world for power plugs. A spring is provided between the housing halves to put pressure between the plug blades and a receptacle's contacts when the housing halves are folded close together.

Abstract: A circuit board assembly is provided for electrically coupling together two or more circuit boards, with one circuit board oriented at an acute angle relative to the other circuit board. The assembly includes a first circuit board having a first edge and a plurality of connecting holes disposed therethrough adjacent the first edge. Each of the holes is electrically isolated from the others and each is electrically connected to electronic circuitry printed on the first circuit board. The assembly further includes a second circuit board having a first edge and a plurality of connecting holes disposed therethrough adjacent the first edge. Abstract: A hinge-EMI grounding conductor is disclosed for an electronic device which has hinged operating portions, for example, a portable computer having a display housing hingedly attached to a main body housing. The present invention not only allows the angle between the two portable computer housings be rotably adjusted for optimal user operations but also provides a compact and economical way of implementing a conductive grounding path for purposes such as EMI shielding.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is an attachment plug which can be inserted in both grounded and nongrounded power plug sockets with no requirement for an adapter. An earth terminal pin is pivotably connected to a holder for the attachment plug at its mounting end, so that the earth terminal pin is pivotable about the pivotally connected portion, when not in use, to be stored entirely in a storage cavity which is formed in a front surface of a holder.

Abstract: A convertible ground safety plug is provided and consists of a grounding prong carried in an insulated housing. The ground prong can be moved between an active position projecting outwardly from the housing and an inactive position not projecting outwardly from the housing, so that the plug can be utilized for a three slot receptacle and a two slot receptacle.

Abstract: An electric plug for connection to an electric cable, the core of the plug having sidewall slots for the wires of a cable and a positive contact with the plug blades by a wiping action, thus obviating the need for threading wires through holes and the tightening of screws on the wires. Other improvements include an improved cable clamping device within the plug and an improved pivoting ground pin with extending screw tab.
