One end of the plurality of elastic portions is connected with the ring portion and the other end comprises a fifth outer flange. One end of the plurality of wings is connected to the second inner flange and the other end to the ring portion. When the outer sleeve moves toward the nut, the engaging bump presses and enables the fifth outer flange to move toward the outer surface of the inner sleeve.

Next, an internal connector structure is inserted into the cored-out section so as to be surrounded by the increased-diameter cylindrical section. Finally, an external connector structure is clamped around the increased-diameter cylindrical section so as to radially compress the increased-diameter cylindrical section between the external connector structure and the internal connector structure, and via a single action, a contact force between the inner conductor and a conductive pin is increased.

The packing ring further has at least one outer annular groove extending around the periphery of the second packing ring segment thereof.
