Abstract: A bulb adaptor is provided which includes a mounting housing, a rotating mechanism, a first connecting member and a second connecting member. The mounting is provided with threads. The first connecting member includes a convex first live contact part and two first metal connecting parts. The second connecting member includes a convex second live contact part, a neutral contact part and two second metal connecting parts. The second connecting member is arranged crosswise with the first connecting member. The rotating mechanism includes a rotating member and a convex part. The convex part has a first position and a second position. The first position is where the convex part is in electrical contact with the two first metal connecting parts, and the second position is where the convex part is in electrical contact with the two second metal connecting parts. The rotating member is slidably connected with the mounting housing.

Abstract: A projection apparatus includes a projection unit, a base and a pivoting member. The projection unit includes a light source, a light valve and a lens. The light source provides an illumination beam, the light valve converts the illumination beam into an image beam, and the lens projects the image beam. The base is connected to the projection unit and has at least one first stopping portion. The pivoting member is pivoted to the base and has at least one second stopping portion. The pivoting member is adapted to connect to an external power supply device, the base and the pivoting member are adapted to relatively rotate so as to adjust an angle of the projection image.

Abstract: A solid state lighting module (102) for attachment to a socket (103) through rotation of the solid state lighting module around an axis of rotation (111). The solid state lighting module (102) comprises at least one solid state light-source (112); a heat spreading member (104) having two surfaces arranged opposite each other and in thermal connection with each other, the first surface (114) being in thermal connection with the solid state light-source (112); and fastening means (109) arranged to co-operate with fastening means (113) comprised in the socket (103) to bring the second surface (115) of the heat spreading member (104) in thermal connection with a heat sink (110) comprised in the socket (103). The second surface (115) of the heat spreading member (104) has a surface topography with at least one peak (119) and at least one valley (120) arranged concentrically in relation to the axis of rotation (111).

Abstract: A capacitor seat and two conductors are utilized to install a capacitor seat on a PCB by soldering the two conductors on electrical contacts of the PCB. The capacitor is installed on the capacitor seat in a fastening way such as by pressing downward, rotating the capacitor or in other feasible fastening ways to be electrically connected with the electrical contacts on the PCB. If the detachable capacitor device has errors or is damaged in use, or a user wants to replace it with a different type of the capacitors to test or adjust the characteristic of the circuit, it is easy to replace the capacitor.

Abstract: A lamp adapter can adapter a mogul base lamp holder to accept a medium base lamp. The lamp adapter can accommodate only open fixture rated lamps. An open end of the lamp adapter into which a lamp is inserted has an elongated flange which allows only an open fixture rated lamp having a medium base to be completely threaded into the adapter and make electrical contact with a threaded metal sleeve and central button contact of the lamp holder. The geometry of the elongated flange prevents the threading of a closed fixture rated lamp into the adapter by taking advantage of the physical differences between the open and closed fixture rated lamps.

Abstract: A rotatable socket for a halogen-lamp. The socket includes a porcelain base having two insert grooves at its bottom and an H-shaped upright post standing on the bottom. A plus and minus contact members respectively positioned in two opposite recessed sides of the H-shaped upright post. The top end of the plus contact member rests on a protruding lug on the top center of the H-shaped upright post. The top end of the minus contact member rests on the top of the right side wing of the H-shaped post. A mica plate is fitted on the H-shaped post and a metal threaded sleeve surrounds the H-shaped post and is fixed with it by rivets, permitting the top end of the plus contact member to protrude out in order to function as a plus terminal and an upper rim of the threaded sleeve presses the top section of the minus contact member to function as a minus terminal.

Abstract: A power level adapter for connecting a low power light bulb within a higher power socket. The power level adapter includes a collar and a skirt depending from the collar. The skirt includes an outer side having a circumference substantially equal to a circumference of the socket and an inner side extending through said collar and forming a bulb receiving pool having a circumference substantially equal to a circumference of the light bulb. A device for releasably connecting the outer side within the socket is positioned on the outer side and a device for releasably retaining the light bulb within said pool is positioned within the bulb receiving pool. A electrically conductive wire-extends through the skirt for electrically connecting the light bulb to the socket type bulb.

Abstract: An universal electrical lamp socket adapter for connecting multiple light bulbs to a single electrical socket. The universal electrical lamp socket adapter includes a central section and an adapter extending from an underside of the adapter for mating with the electrical socket. A first device for receiving an Edison type light bulb therein is positioned on the central section and a second device for receiving a Bayonet type light bulb therein is also positioned on the central section. The adapter and both the first and second receiving devices are electrically connected through the central section. When the adapter is coupled to a socket and at least one of an Edison type bulb is received within the first receiving device and a bayonet type light bulb is received within the second receiving device, power is provided to the at least one of the Edison type bulb and the Bayonet type light bulb allowing the at least one of the Edison type bulb and the Bayonet type light bulb to illuminate.

The light bulb-socket adapter includes an Edison type connector section made of conductive material and a connection terminal extending therefrom and a bayonet type bulb receiving section and first and second contact terminals positioned within the receiving section for connecting a bayonet type light bulb to an Edison type socket. The light bulb-socket adapter includes a bayonet type connector section and first and second contact terminals extending from the connector section and an Edison type bulb receiving section made of conductive material and a connection terminal extending therefrom for connecting an Edison type light bulb to a bayonet type socket.
