Abstract: Disclosed is a system for registering emergency situations, the system comprises: a portable electronic device; an online server configured to communicate with the portable electronic device; and a first booklet. The online server is further configured to: in accordance with receiving the first primary identification parameter, registering an event in a server database of an occurrence of the primary emergency situation at a first location based on the first primary identification parameter, wherein the first location corresponds to a location of the first booklet, and in accordance with receiving the first secondary identification parameter, registering an event in the server database of an occurrence of the secondary emergency situation at the first location based on the first secondary identification parameter.

Abstract: The plush toy includes a head attached to a body having two leg-like appendages. The toy has an opening leading to a first pocket located inside the body. The first pocket is interconnected to a second pocket located inside the head. The opening to the second pocket at the intersection of the head and body can be closed with a hook-and-look type fastener. The second pocket contains a sensory stimulus module capable of playing music, vibrating, and emitting white noise at different volumes to sooth a child. When inserted inside the second pocket, buttons on the module are aligned with indicia on the posterior side of the head which permit a user to press through the fabric to activate and control the module. A teether in the shape of hugging arms is attached to the toy and provides teething relief and enjoyment for the child.

The bedding system has a bedspread with an upper portion, a bottom surface, and a top surface positioned opposite the bottom surface. In the first arrangement the top surface of the bedspread faces opposite the mattress. A first part of a continuous picture is formed on the bottom surface of the bedspread. In the first arrangement, the upper portion is folded to display the first part of the continuous picture. A pillow cover is configured to encase a pillow with a second part of the continuous picture formed on the pillow cover. In the first arrangement, the pillow cover is positioned adjacent to the bedspread to align the second part of the continuous picture with the first part of the continuous picture of the bedspread to assemble at least a portion of the continuous picture for display.

Abstract: The invention provides a nested numerical control rotary table, which comprises a large numerical control rotary table, a small rotary table, a large rotary table board and a small rotary table board nested in the large rotary table board, wherein the small rotary table board may be driven by the large numerical control rotary table as a part of the large rotary table board to run together with the large rotary table board, or be driven by the small rotary table to run independently. When the small rotary table board runs independently, the small rotary table is driven to ascend by a lifting oil cylinder, and a pull pin under the small rotary table board and a positioning pin on the small rotary table fixedly connect the small rotary table board with the small rotary table, which are locked by a clamp. The nested numerical control rotary table may complete the tasks of numerical control rotary tables with both large and small dimensions, which saves the production cost and improves the working efficiency.

Abstract: Described is a toy figure with activated components that are activated by wearable accessories. For example, a wearable ring can be positioned onto a toy figure as a mask or helmet, such that upon positioning the wearable ring upon the toy figure, the toy figure is activated to perform a function. The function is an action, such as causing the toy figure to reveal or expose a toy weapon (e.g., sword, gun, etc.), thereby allowing a user to engage in a variety of game play.

Abstract: A wearable apparatus capable of altering a physiological parameter such as the heart rate of a user to provide a relaxing or stimulating effect on the user is provided. The apparatus comprises a device capable of engaging the patient's skin to provide a rhythmic tactile stimulus to the user that can alter the user's heart rate and an arrangement for securing the device to the user such that the device can apply the stimulus to the user. The apparatus may be part of a system enabling the device to be controlled remotely. The apparatus may also be configured to provide additional tactile stimuli.

The outer skin includes an engagement portion that engages with the main body by the main body being covered therewith, extended portions that extend from the engagement portion, and attachment members, formed of a hard material, attached to the extended portions so as to extend in a width direction. The outer skin is fixed to the main body by the attachment members being fixed to the main body.

Abstract: Described herein is a container for a beverage as well as a structure to allow a user to drink the beverage contained therein. In at least one embodiment, there is a beverage container and straw combination that allows for a unique transportation of the liquid through the straw. The straw may be configured to pass through a lid of the beverage container multiple times and pass through a hollow or channel positioned above a lid of the beverage container.

Abstract: A head support is described. The head support has a foldable longitudinal middle section, configured to be folded between different user positions, and a first supporting section connected to a first distal extremity of the middle section. The first supporting section has a foldable flat surface palm section, at least 2 foldable longitudinal finger sections extending from a distal extremity of the flat surface palm section and a foldable longitudinal thumb section extending from a lateral side of the foldable flat palm surface. A method for supporting a head of a user is also described.

Abstract: A toy projector. The present projector is a plush toy animal having an animal-like or fanciful appearance. The toy comprises a projector, one or more speakers, and the necessary electronic components for operating the projector and the speakers to play image, audio, and/or video content as desired by the user. The electronic components comprise a power source, one or more processors, a memory, and a logic that allows the present invention to play image, audio, and/or video content encoded in data files provided either wirelessly or via a physical computer readable medium. Furthermore, the head and body portions are pivotably connected together, which allows users to adjust the surface against which the images are projected without forcing the user to move the entire toy.

The at least three figures can be attached such that the surface of each of the at least three figures is attached to the surface of its adjacent two figures. It would be beneficial to provide a patient with a simple means of deriving benefit from such physical CAM techniques in a non-intimidating manner whereby the means has familiarity associated with it. Even with conventional medicine children, infants, toddlers, and babies require medical treatment and experience fear and/or anxiety arising from visiting the medical practitioner or with the treatment. According to embodiments of the invention provide patients are provided means to exploit CAM techniques away from the practitioner or allow patients to not associate activities with a medical treatment but another activity, such as playing in the instance of a child. Variations of the means allow medical monitoring activities to be similarly associated with familiar objects and non-traumatic activities.
