Abstract: In a garment convertible into a bag for stowage and transport, there is a base garment, and a pair of pockets attached thereto. Abstract: A brassiere steel ring having an irregular cross section that is comfortable to wear and has a long life is provided. The steel ring has an overall arc shape comprising an arc-shaped inner edge and an arc-shaped outer edge. A reduced neck section is provided in the middle part of the cross section of the steel ring. The reduced neck section divides the cross section of the steel ring into a upper section and a lower section, and has a width smaller than those of the upper section and the lower section. The upper section forms the arc-shaped inner edge of the steel ring, and the lower section forms the arc-shaped outer edge of the steel ring. By this way, the anti-fatigue ability of the steel ring will not be decreased when its cross section is enlarged, which increases the life of the steel ring.

Abstract: Disclosed is a brassiere that is adjustable for varying levels of modesty or daring. The brassiere includes a modesty panel that is integrated to the design of the brassiere, but is also interchangeable with other modesty panels. The modesty panel can be selected from among a set of modesty panels. In this manner, a wearer may vary the look of an outfit or ensemble by using modesty panels of varying colors, fabrics, textures, or levels of modesty or daring. In various embodiments, the modesty panel is fastened to the brassiere using traditional hook and loop fasteners. In other various embodiments, the to modesty panel may be fastened using hook material and corresponding loop material, or may be fastened using buttons or snap fasteners. Any other manner of fastening systems may be used to render the modesty panel combined with the brassiere as a single article of clothing.

Abstract: The inventions relate to a garment that combines a foam cup, underwire bra combined with a tank top overlay made of a spandex blend or lace fabric for the tank top. The bra function is provided by underwires and specially formed foam cups for support and shaping of the breasts. The tank top portion of the garment is attached to one of the shoulder straps which are diagonally fixed to the tank top portion of the garment. The tank top portion of the invention is attached from each side as well as the bottom of the garment, in a unique “turn-under” sewing technique. Abstract: A garment for a post mastectomy surgery woman comprises a waistband fits about a waist of the woman. A strap is joined to the waistband to extend from the waistband at a side of the woman's surgery, up over a shoulder on a side opposite the surgery and down to the waistband on the surgery side. A bra cup is configured to fit about the woman's healthy breast. A first strap is configured to laterally join a first side of the bra cup to the strap on the woman's front. A second strap is configured to laterally join a second side of the bra cup to the strap on the woman's back. An elastic paneling is configured to join to the strap, the bottom side of the bra cup, the first strap, the second strap, and the waistband. The elastic paneling positions the bra cup to support the woman's healthy breast.

Abstract: A sleeve garment provides sleeves that are worn with a sleeveless dress or top. The sleeve garment includes sleeves and side panels attached to the sleeves. The sleeve garment is attached to a bra by passing the shoulder straps of the bra through channels in the side panels of the sleeve garment and by attaching the side panels to side straps or wings of the bra. The channels are provided with openings for access to adjustment buckles of the shoulder straps. The sleeve garment may be permanently or temporarily attached to the bra.

Abstract: A lightweight enhanced modesty sports bra is provided. The sports bra comprises an interior liner layer having two faces and an exterior shell layer having two faces and a printed obscuration pattern in between the interior liner layer and the exterior shell layer. The interior liner layer and the exterior shell layer with the printed obscuration pattern are assembled in a way that provides modesty and the printed pattern is not visible from the outside. An optional layer called the intermediate liner layer may be placed in between the exterior shell layer and the interior liner layer.

In addition, a lower corner may be looped around a center portion of the brassiere. An upper band of preferably elastomeric material located along an upper edge of the undergarment keeps the undergarment securely against a woman's chest while being worn. The undergarment is preferably constructed from two layers of material, an outer layer and an inner layer so that the outer layer hides any wrinkles or indentations caused by the stress of the lower corner pulling on the inner layer while the undergarment is being worn. Additional features include extension straps that allow a user to adapt the undergarment to a larger chest and/or brassiere size or to wear the undergarment without a brassiere and detachable jewelry.

Abstract: A scarf harness according to the present teachings facilitates the wearing of a scarf as a clothing accessory. The harness can allow the scarf to drape across the front of a user. The draping of a scarf can allow the visual pattern of the scarf to be easily seen and can enhance the impact of the scarf as a clothing accessory. The scarf harness can retain the scarf in a draped function over the front of the user along with providing a distinctive butterfly-type shape to the scarf.

Abstract: An attached capelet that does not necessitate the removal of the attached capelet from the wearer's body in order to access an under layer garment for breast feeding. The capelet (10) covers the shoulder strap and releasable fastener means of the under layer garment (12) when the wearer is not breast feeding. The capelet is attached to the under layer garment at a back portion or underneath the arm sections and covers each shoulder of the wearer with a hem line (28) extending from the neck to each underarm side (30) of the wearer.

Abstract: Post-operative medical prosthetic devices, more particularly a combined garment and prosthesis that is useful for female patients having major chest trauma, including post-op mastectomy, burn, heart and lung surgery, and for patients having severe chest skin sensitivity, including skin and sub-dermal post-op surgical exposed tissue, healing scars, gangrenosis, chemotherapy and the like. The inventive garment/prosthesis includes an undergarment comprising a uniquely designed upper-half-bra having a special pocket for an insertable/removable upper-half-breast prosthesis that only contacts the upper portion of the chest, well above areas of surgical trauma. This provides a cantilever, permitting over-garments to drape free from contact with the chest and stomach exterior surfaces.

Abstract: The invention is directed to an accessory which is fabricated and shaped to cover the bosom area of body. It is particularly useful when applied to a brassiere showing a cleavage of a human body at a center thereof. The accessory, when applied to a brassiere will cover the cleavage area of a wearer to simulate an undergarment. The inventive accessory can be removed from the brassiere when the person is in a different social setting. The accessory can be fabricated from different materials but it is preferred to be stretchable so that it can be applied to differently sized brassieres and the accessory, additionally, can move with the movements of the wearer. It is preferred that the fabric of the accessory be doubled over so that most of the fastening elements do not touch the skin of the wearer which adds to the comfort of wearing the accessory.
