Abstract: A strap and garments including said strap, said strap including a first layer including an elastic material, a second layer including a fabric material and having a first portion and a second portion, the second layer attached to the first layer, and a reversibly attachable fastening element attached to the first portion of the second layer, where the fastening element is configured to attach to the second portion of the second layer when the strap is folded onto itself and the fastening element is brought into contact with the second portion of the second layer.

Abstract: A bra for securing or supporting breasts of a user with limited mobility can include a front portion having a first panel and a second panel. The first panel can be configured to at least partially surround a first breast and the second panel can be configured to at least partially surround a second breast. First and second lateral side portions can connect a rear portion to the front portion. A band can extend around the front portion below the first panel and the second panel. A closure system can be configured to connect the band to form a continuous circuit. The closure system can include a first lateral adjustment strap, a second lateral adjustment strap, and a slider. The slider can be dimensioned to receive each of the first and second lateral adjustment straps.

Abstract: A sectional bra system and accessories includes bra and related jewelry components that can be interconnected in various ways. Jewelry items, such as bra straps, back bands, bridge, and other items, may be formed at least in part from alternating flexible chain segments and rigid connector segments with fasteners configured to attach to standard bra loops. Bra cups for sectional bras include various arrangements of standard bra loops allowing attachment of one or more bra straps, one or more back bands, a bridge, and alternatively other decorative items. Such bra cups may include standard bra loops along all edges. Coordinating jewelry may be made out of the same or similar types of components.

Abstract: Examples of a breast support garment are disclosed. The breast support garment comprises a front panel with a chest area configured to support a wearer's breasts and dampen an accelerating movement of the breast tissue, and a hydration system that comprises a hydration reservoir and a dispensing tube connected to the reservoir. The breast support garment further comprises a holder that is dimensioned to receive the reservoir of the hydration system and one or more guides to support the dispensing tube. The breast support garment of the present invention integrates the functions of a high support sports bra and a hydration vest or backpack.

Each wing portion includes a wing guide to couple the connecting member to the wing portion and guide movement of the connecting member relative to the wing portion. Each wing guide includes a guide body which defines a rigid guide portion to receive the connecting member.

The first and second connecting members on the brassiere are cooperable with one another to couple the first and second wing portions to one another. At least one of the first and second connecting members can include an elastic member to, draw the first breast cup towards the first wing portion, the second breast cup towards the second wing portion, and the first and second wing portions towards one another. Each wing portion includes a wing guide to couple the corresponding connecting member to the wing portion and guides movement of the respective connecting member relative to the corresponding wing portion. Each wing guide includes a guide body which defines a rigid guide portion to receive the corresponding connecting member.

Abstract: The present invention provides a bra that is preferably formed of seamless construction and that includes structural components that allow for accommodating changes and variations in bust size. In particular, the inventive bra can be used during times of maternity when breast volume is known to increase over a short time. The bra comprises expansible cups with interchangeable, formed support and shape elements that can be placed into pockets formed in the expansible cups. In certain embodiments, the invention also provides a bra for use when breast feeding, the bra comprising a drop-down panel.

Abstract: A breast cleavage enhancement device which is selectably attached to the rim of a brassiere at multiple locations. Depending on the point of attachment to the brassiere, the brassiere cups are rotated in a clockwise or counter clockwise direction to control the position, cleavage, and separation of the breasts. The adjustable clip is attached to the brassiere at various user selectable locations between the brassiere cups. Placement of the adjustable clip above or below the center point applies rotational pressure to the brassiere cups, which will move the breasts closer together if rotated in one direction, and will move the breasts apart if rotated in the other direction. The adjustable clip can be implemented by a clip that attaches to a conventional brassiere, or by integral hook and loop strips, buttons, string ties, or other suitable devices.

The brassiere includes a pair of spaced apart breast cups, with each of the cups including a support member that follows the curvature of at least the lower portion of the breast, an insert comprised of a front and rear panel forming at least one pocket and secured to the support member, and a band, disposed within the pocket, and secured to the edge of the cup and an end of the support member. Abstract: A brassiere comprising two cups, a back band and an adjuster having a pair of male plug and female socket halves to interconnect the two cups for providing a front adjustment. The socket defines a longitudinal passage and has a side wall formed therein with an opening which is defined by two parallel corrugated inner side walls. The plug includes a plate dimensioned to move freely along the passage in the socket and a central tongue split from an inner end of the plate, resiliently deformable with respect to the plate and terminated with a barb-like head. The barb-like head is engageable with the corrugated inner side walls of the socket so that the plug can be locked at any of a plurality of positions with respect to the socket.

Abstract: A balance type minute lengthenable adjuster able to be applied to caps, breast cups, etc., comprising an adjusting band, a buckle, a band pincher, two rings and two bands. One end of the adjusting band is tied with the buckle and then goes orderly through the right ring, the left ring, the band pincher, the buckle, and finally the band pincher once again. The adjusting band is pinched immovable between a positioning flap and a short tube of the band pincher. The positioned flap is able to be pivotally turned up or down to pinch immovable the adjusting band between itself and the short tube after the length of the adjusting band has been adjusted between the two rings.

Abstract: A surgical brassiere for reducing stress along a mid-sternal incisional line of a female patient following cardio-thoracic surgery includes a pair of bust support cups positioned over the breasts of the patient so as to form an exposed gap over the area of the patient's sternum. A ventilated panel is secured over the gap to provide protection to the mid-sternal incision and can be unsecured as required for purposes of routine examination or nursing care. A pair of inner straps, detachably secured across the gap between the bust support cups, assure that support continues to be provided while the ventilated panel is thus unsecured. To increase patient comfort, the brassiere further includes relatively wide, padded shoulder straps, and a flexible backstrap assembly, including a pair of criss-crossed flexible elastic straps provides additional support to further promote post-operative recovery.
