Abstract: A deburring tool for removing scuffs, scratches and burrs from golf balls. The tool includes a circular, planar top portion with a rim around the perimeter thereof and a sidewall that is connected to the perimeter that extends therefrom in an outward and flared manner. The sidewall provides a top and a bottom, wherein the top and the bottom provide a circular perimeter. The bottom of the sidewall has a beveled edge adapted to fit the contours and curvatures of a golf ball and can be placed thereon for the removal of scuffs, scratches and burrs therefrom. A loop is connected to the perimeter of the planar top portion through which a chain can be inserted thereto for attachment to a purse, bag and the like. The planar top portion and sidewall form a unitary structure defining an interior volume having an open bottom.

Abstract: A sanding device for use with sandpaper sheets comprises a base connected to two lateral extensions by flexible connectors. The base further includes a plurality of spikes pointed towards the extensions and positioned inside slots in the extensions when the device is in a closed position. In order to load and unload sandpaper sheets, a lateral extension may be lifted against a tension force from the flexible connector. The stress on the flexible connector is limited by the contact of two edges which are positioned to prevent the flexible connector from undergoing stress beyond a specified level.

Abstract: A sanding apparatus for removing runs and drips in paint includes a base member, an oscillating member, and a connector bolt. The oscillating member is positioned within the base member where the base member and the oscillating member are movably connected to each other by the connector bolt. A sanding paper can be securely positioned with the oscillating member in order to sand down the runs and drips. The connector bolt allows users of the sanding apparatus to move the oscillating member up and down so that different size runs and drips can be removed from the paint without damaging the surrounding areas of the paint.

Abstract: A quick release attachment for a power tool having a rotatable spindle includes a pad assembly and a quick release connector adapted to join the pad assembly to the spindle. The pad assembly includes a mounting plate and a pad affixed to at least one side of the mounting plate, wherein the pad includes a primary material that is either metal, stone, ceramic, fiber, sand, nylon or polypropylene, and the mounting plate includes a central aperture. The mounting plate aperture further comprises a circular ring disposed therein and has a t-shaped key extending diametrically across the aperture. The t-shaped key comprises a magnetically attractive material. The quick release connector has a main body adapted to fixedly engage the spindle. The connector further has a head end extending from the main body and having a circular cross-section sized to engage the circular ring. The head end further has a slot sized to engage the t-shaped key.

Abstract: A handheld sanding implement includes an elongated handle resembling a toothbrush handle upon a first end is mounted a sanding pad. The sanding pad is attached to said handle via an affixing means. The sanding pad may be replaced with a spinning head that includes a plurality of sanding pads containing a sanding surface having the same or differing grits.

Abstract: A quick release attachment for a power buffer having a rotatable spindle includes a buffing pad assembly and a quick release connector adapted to join the buffing pad assembly to the spindle. The buffing pad assembly includes a mounting plate and a buffing pad affixed to either side of the mounting plate. The mounting plate and the buffing pads each have respective aligned central apertures. The mounting plate aperture further comprises a circular ring disposed therein and has a pin extending diametrically across the aperture. The pin comprises a magnetically attractive material. The quick release connector has a main body adapted to fixedly engage the spindle. The connector further has a head end extending from the main body and having a circular cross-section sized to engage the circular ring. The head end further has a slot sized to engage the pin.

Abstract: A flap disc includes a backing disc having an inner radial portion and abrasive flaps secured to an outer radial portion of the backing disc in an overlapping manner. First and second metal reinforcement rings include a body contacting one of front and rear surfaces of the backing disc adjacent a central opening. A threaded nut includes a body having an outer surface defining a shoulder and a retainer connected to the body. The shoulder contacts the second ring adjacent the central opening of the backing disc. The retainer is rolled outwardly to contact the first ring such that the nut and the rings are secured to the backing disc.

Abstract: A hand sanding tool that has a strip of material secured to a frame and spanning across an open gap of the frame. The strip of material has an abrasive surface for sanding objects and a spring force applies tension to the strip. The spring force maybe a resiliently flexible frame or a separate spring element anchoring the strip to the frame. Quick connect-quick release connectors connect the strip to the frame.
