The content publishing method includes: obtaining, by a first user equipment supporting a D2D function, a resource for broadcasting information of the first user equipment. The method also includes broadcasting, by the first user equipment, the information of the first user equipment on the obtained resource, so that a second user equipment obtains and sends the information of the first user equipment to a network-side device to set up a connection with the first user equipment, where the second user equipment supports the D2D function and is matched with the first user equipment.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method for validating the origination of an incoming customer call on a wireless communication network may include receiving a SIP invite message at the wireless communication network when the call is initiated, determining whether the SIP invite message includes one or more indicators indicating that the call originated within the wireless communication network from a device with a SIM registered in the wireless communication network, and writing a classification code to a database indicating that the call is validated if the SIP invite message includes the one or more indicators. The method may further include receiving the call at an agent computer device with caller identification information, querying the database via the agent computer device according to the caller identification information to obtain the classification code of the customer call, and suppressing a step used for call authentication if the classification code indicates that the call is validated.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention relate to the technical field of wireless communications, and in particular to an access control method and device, for use in resolving the problem in the prior art that a user equipment cannot securely access an access points group (APG). According to the embodiments of the present invention, when a user equipment needs to access a network, the user equipment conducts network-layer two-way authentication with a local service center; after the network-layer two-way authentication succeeds, the user equipment conducts access-layer two-way authentication with a corresponding APG so as to enable the user equipment to access the corresponding APG after the access-layer two-way authentication succeeds. When receiving a registration request from a visited network, a home network verifies the registration request message by using a shared key, to avoid a spoofing attack from the visited network.

The feedback response may at least include a haptic feedback response. The input received via the touchscreen aircraft display device may be directed to at least one of adjusting, troubleshooting, or updating one or more components of an avionics system installed within the aircraft.

The computation may need to be performed during interactive scenarios, such as while browsing. A system and method are provided in order to present a customer with a carbon emissions indication relating to the shipment of a product without disrupting typical online activity.

Store visit data is aggregated for the plurality of signals pushed to the user device. At least a portion of the time data is removed from the aggregated store visit data before transmission to the analytics server.

To prevent remote access physical wires are connected from the secure physical entity to physical structures on the computing device. In this way, a hacker or cyber thief cannot convince an authentication system that the cyber attacker does indeed have the something you have because to do so the attacker must be in physical possession of the computing device.

A determination can be made regarding whether the subscriber identity module is linked to the device, for instance by an original linkage. A user profile can be automatically updated with the carrier data to bind the user to the user device based on the subscriber identity module when the subscriber identity module is verified to be linked to the user device. Abstract: Representative embodiments described herein set forth techniques for optimizing large-scale deliveries of electronic Subscriber Identity Modules (eSIMs) to mobile devices. Specifically, instead of generating and assigning eSIMs when mobile devices are being activated—which can require significant processing overhead—eSIMs are pre-generated with a basic set of information, and are later-assigned to the mobile devices when they are activated. This can provide considerable benefits over conventional approaches that involve generating and assigning eSIMs during mobile device activation, especially when new mobile devices (e.g., smartphones, tablets, etc.) are being launched and a large number of eSIM assignment requests are to be fulfilled in an efficient manner.

The HP-CPE transmits a grant request to the SAS, which transmits a positive grant response to the HP-CPE. The HP-CPE transmits a heartbeat request to the SAS, which relies on the CPE device type to approve the heartbeat request without relying on a corresponding Coordinated Periodic Activity among SASs (CPAS) process, and transmits a positive heartbeat response to the HP-CPE. In one method, the SAS determines the CPE device type using a database that maps FCC model numbers to device types. In another method, the registration request contains a field with the CPE device type. Both methods enable immediate HP-CPE authorization without the delay of a CPAS process.

Abstract: One feature pertains to a method for secure wireless communication at an apparatus of a network. The method includes receiving a user equipment identifier identifying a user equipment and a cryptographic key from a wireless wide area network node, and using the cryptographic key as a pairwise master key (PMK). A PMK identifier (PKMID) is generated based on the PMK and the two are stored at the network. A PMK security association is initialized by associating the PMK with at least the PMKID and an access point identifier identifying an access point of the apparatus. An association request is received that includes a PMKID from the user equipment, and it's determined that the PMKID received from the user equipment matches the PMKID stored. A key exchange is initiated with the user equipment based on the PMK to establish a wireless local area network security association with the user equipment.

The data is stored on a messaging platform and made available to be pulled by one or more end users prior to a transfer to one or more cloud servers. A second offset corresponding to a number of records of the data retrieved by the one or more end users from the messaging platform is determined. It is validate that the second offset corresponds to the first offset. The records and the schema retrieved from the intermediary messaging platform are transferred to the one or more cloud servers.

Abstract: Systems and methods for remote SIM unlocking are disclosed. The systems and methods can include detecting that a user equipment is eligible to be unlocked. The unlocking of the user equipment may allow the use of the user equipment on another cellular network. An enterprise unlock server verifies eligibility with a policy engine, and if eligible, sends a push command to the user equipment to execute the unlock process. The user equipment, upon receipt of the command, initiates the unlock process. In some examples, the user equipment can prompt the enterprise unlock server to check if the user equipment is eligible.
