The method also includes receiving second location information from a second vehicle, and associating the second vehicle with a second project. The method further includes providing, to an electronic device, instructions to output a user interface that includes a map, and a first visual indicia displayed on the map at a first location corresponding to the first location information, where the first visual indicia indicates that the first vehicle is associated with the first project. The user interface further includes a second visual indicia displayed on the map at a second location corresponding to the second location information, where the second visual indicia indicates that the second vehicle is associated with the second project, and is different from the first visual indicia.

Abstract: Methods and apparatus are described for implementing a wireless local area network (WLAN) Proximity Service (ProSe) connection in a WLAN ProSe capable wireless transmit receive unit (WTRU). The WLAN ProSe capable WTRU requests an establishment of a WLAN ProSe connection with other WLAN ProSe capable WTRU(s), where a ProSe discovery process determines the presence of other WLAN ProSe capable WTRU(s). Configuration information is received, via a non-access stratum or a radio resource control message, from a network node to facilitate the WLAN ProSe connection to the other WLAN ProSe capable WTRU(s). The configuration information includes one of a WLAN ID of the other WLAN ProSe capable WTRU(s), a medium access control ID of the other WLAN ProSe capable WTRU(s), a WLAN access point Service Set Identification (SSID) or Basic SSID, a frequency or channel number, a beacon interval, and timing information.

Abstract: A process and system that allows a user with a mobile device to interact with a remote database includes wirelessly coupling the mobile device to the database over a wireless network using a username. Based on the username, and in some cases a role associated with the username, the database transmits a set of data records to the mobile device in one or more subsets of data records. The user selects one of the records and provides an update that includes an item of some sort (e.g., a photograph, a note to the record, etc.). However, the user cannot delete anything associated with the record. If the update can be transmitted to the database, then the mobile device transmits the update. However, if the update cannot be transmitted, then the update is stored for a later transmission. Once the update is transmitted, it is deleted from the mobile device.

First and second incoming call objects are displayed in a call-by-call portion of the interactive dashboard. The transcripts are cross-referenced with a call-by-call keyword database to identify call-by-call keywords of interest, and the incoming call objects are populated with the call-by-call keywords of interest. An all-call object is displayed in an all-call portion of the interactive dashboard. The transcripts are cross-referenced with an all-call keyword database to identify all-call keywords of interest, and the all-call object is populated with the all-call keywords of interest.

Abstract: Example implementations are directed to systems and methods for a context aware conversational agent for self-learning. In an example implementation, a method includes generating a journaling model based on activity data and engagement data associated with one or more tasks of a user. The journaling model uses machine-learning to identify a context pattern using the activity data, and maps performance associated with the one or more tasks based at least on the engagement data. The method adaptively provides a prompt to gather additional engagement data based on the context pattern in view of real-time activity data, where the prompt is generated based on the journaling model. The journaling model is updated based on the additional engagement data.

Abstract: Interchangeable housing panel components for a display housing of a portable computing device with a cellular data module, power source, and memory. The interchangeable housing panel component is sized and dimensioned to be received by a receiving portion of the computing device. An interchangeable housing panel component is quickly installed by a user to customize the appearance of their computing device and, when desired, is also quickly removed, from the computing device. The interchangeable housing panel component further includes a cellular data module that is configured to provide the portable computing device with access to cellular networks. When desired, the interchangeable housing panel component can be removed and another interchangeable housing panel component can be installed. The housing panel components and computing device include provisions for easy removal and installation of the components.

Abstract: Described herein are, among other things, handheld controllers that include one or more touchpads (i.e., touch-sensitive controls) configured to detachably couple to one or more overlays that effectively transform the respective touchpad into a different control. For instance, one example handheld controller may include a circular trackpad that is configured to detect a position of a finger on a top surface of the trackpad. This position may be used to control a cursor or avatar, for scrolling, or for any other type of command. In general, most or all of the top surface may be usable by a user for providing input to the controller and/or a remote system coupled to the controller. As described herein, however, one or more different overlays may detachably couple to a housing of the controller and/or the trackpad itself to effectively change the use of the trackpad.

Abstract: Using a model to estimate a payment delinquency for an invoice is described. Multiple delinquency estimation models are generated based on a training set of invoices. Each delinquency estimation model estimates a respective payment delinquency for a particular invoice. A refined payment delinquency is determined for the particular invoice based on respective payment delinquencies determined by the delinquency estimation models. Information associated with a set of invoices may be presented at an interface based on the respective payment delinquencies. A payment reminder application may be programmed to process the invoices according to payment reminder schedules determined based on the respective payment delinquencies. Additionally, invoices may be added to the training set of invoices to update the delinquency estimation models.

Abstract: Methods and apparatus for user authentication and human intent verification of administrative operations for eSIMs of an eUICC included in a mobile device are disclosed. Certain administrative operations, such as import, modification, and/or export, of an eSIM and/or for an eUICCs firmware can require user authentication and/or human intent verification before execution of the administrative operations are performed or completed by the mobile device. A user of the mobile device provides information to link an external user account to an eSIM upon (or subsequent to) installation on the eUICC. User credentials, such as a user name and password, and/or information generated therefrom, can be used to authenticate the user with an external server. In response to successful user authentication, the administrative operations are performed. Human intent verification can also be performed in conjunction with user authentication to prevent malware from interfering with eSIM and/or eUICC functions of the mobile device.

Abstract: Systems and methods for extracting data from digital messages for digital group compositions may include (1) determining that a user of a computing device is electronically participating in a group chat with one or more additional users, (2) providing the user with a digital prompt suggesting that the user add the additional users as contributors to a group social media composition, (3) receiving, via the computing device, user input accepting the suggestion, and (4) adding the additional users as contributors to the group social media composition. Various other methods, systems, and computer-readable media are also disclosed.

Abstract: A vehicle computer system (VCS) configured to communicate with one or more mobile devices, comprising a first processor configured to automatically create a priority list by utilizing one or more factors associated with communication activity between the vehicle computer system and the one or more mobile devices, wherein the priority list includes instructions to pair one or more mobile devices with the VCS and indicates the order of connecting to the one or more mobile devices. The vehicle computer system also includes a wireless transceiver including a second processor configured to receive the priority list from the first processor and establish a wireless connection with one or more mobile devices based on the priority list.

Abstract: An apparatus, including cameras; a microphone; a speaker; a processor; a display; a touchscreen keyboard; a global positioning system; and a collision avoidance sensor. The processor detects a texting, e-mail, game or gaming, or speakerphone, operational mode and activates a camera to display a view in front of, or an anticipated travel path of movement of the apparatus. The global positioning system determines a position or location of the apparatus. The processor determines whether or not the apparatus is located outside of a safe area of travel. If the apparatus is outside of the safe area of travel, the processor activates a camera to record a picture or video at the location of the apparatus, and generates a notification message containing the picture or video, or a link thereto. The apparatus transmits the notification message to a communication device associated with an authorized individual or law enforcement personnel.

Abstract: First and second screenshot images are obtained from a monitoring application provided on a first computing device. Each screenshot image comprises a plurality of content portions displayed by a communication application on the first computing device, and content boxing is performed to calculate a plurality of content boxes for the plurality of content portions. Each content box is classified as containing textual communication content or image communication content. Textual communications are extracted via Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and object identifiers are extracted from the image communications via image recognition. At least one shared content box present in both the first and second screenshot images is identified and used to temporally align the extracted textual communications. The temporally aligned textual communications are condensed into a textual communication sequence.

The method further comprises dynamically increasing the NFV processing capacity by the orchestrator service, performing the HTTP content request using the increased NFV processing capacity, and returning a HTTP content response to the UE, wherein the HTTP content response does not comprise identification of the content source.

The geographical area is represented by a hierarchical tile projection comprising a plurality of zoom levels, and tiles of each of the zoom levels represent different respective scales of a corresponding portion of the geographical area. The approach also involves determining that the geographical data is located in a border area of a first tile at a higher zoom level of the hierarchical tile projection. The approach further involves recursively forwarding the geographical data for clustering at a lower zoom level of the hierarchical tile projection until the geographical data is not located in a border area of a second tile at the lower zoom level. The approach then involves initiating the clustering of the geographical data into a cluster located in the second tile at the lower zoom level.

The granularity of the new variable block is smaller, which increases the probability of subsequent to-be-compressed data matching the updated duplicate database, thereby improving compression efficiency.

Abstract: A cellphone with a camera takes a photo of a barcode in a screen that can show different images. The barcode is decoded into a URL, and the cellphone uses wireless Internet access to visit the website of the URL. The website then makes a different image that also has a barcode of a URL, and sends it to the screen for display. This can increase the interactivity of the screen and its value to advertisers. Several users with cellphones might simultaneously interact with the screen in this manner.
