Abstract: A golf club head includes a body defining an interior cavity. The body includes a sole positioned at a bottom portion of the golf club head, a crown positioned at a top portion, and a skirt positioned around a periphery between the sole and crown. The body has a forward portion and a rearward portion. The club head includes a face positioned at the forward portion of the body. The face defines a striking surface having an ideal impact location at a golf club head origin. Some embodiments of the club head have a high moment of inertia and variable thickness face.

Abstract: An integrally formed golf club comprising: a golf club head and a golf shaft, wherein the golf club head including a club head component formed by casting, the casted club head component has a club head surface formed by forging, the golf shaft is formed by drawing the casted club head component, and is integrally formed with the casted club head component. It thus the integrally formed golf club has characteristics of excellent distributed strength and no partial concentration of applied force, it thus the accuracy of direction and the ability of control is improved.

Abstract: A golf club having superior balance and sensory feedback which includes a shaft connected to a clubhead comprising two basic elements, an integrated hosel and insert which defines a striking surface and a shell including a distal toe portion, and a heel portion uniquely integrated with the combined hosel and insert. In preferred embodiments the clubhead has a cylindrical striking surface, polar mass concentrations for optimum dynamic performance and a medial shell portion coupling the toe and heel portions to the insert. A cavity behind the striking surface of the insert enhances the sound of impact and a visible top surface of the insert integral with the hosel with sighting indicia enhances golfer alignment and stroking of the ball to provide resultant confidence and consistency.
