The collapsible net includes a plurality of net-modules, each of the plurality of net-modules including a first-type coupler adjoining a left-side edge and a second-type coupler adjoining a right-side edge of each of the plurality of net-modules. The first-type coupler is configured to engage with the second-type coupler to couple the net-modules with one another, to thereby define an expanded length of the collapsible net.

Abstract: The invention pertains to a portable fencing system that provides for easy and versatile positioning and removal. In one aspect, the portable fencing system includes sleeves that are pre-positioned in the ground so as to define a predetermined boundary suitable for a particular repetitive use. In another aspect, a portable fencing system that is without pre-positioned sleeves is described, which is more suitable for applications where the insertion of semi-permanent sleeves is impracticable, or where added positioning flexibility is desired.

Abstract: A net post-supporting device of a ping-pong table includes a net post and a bottom base composed of a lower plate and an upper plate. The lower plate is fixed with an upright threaded rod at an eccentric location, and the upper plate is bored with an insert hole for the threaded rod to be inserted therethrough. The net post positioned on the upper plate is shaped hollow and has its lower inner end formed with a threaded hole for the threaded rod to be screwed therethrough, letting the upper end of the threaded rod extending in the hollow interior of the net post. After the upper and the lower plate are respectively mounted on the upper and the lower side of the edge of the table, the net post is screwed tight to firmly fix the two plates sandwiching the edge of the table, convenient in handling and using.

Abstract: A net fixing device for goalposts and other structures used in games and comprising a male member and a cooperating female member, one member being for permanent fixing to the goalpost and the other being for fixing to the net. Preferably, the female member is for fixing to the goalpost and the male member is for fixing to the net. The male member and the female member are interengagable to form a ball and socket joint. The female member may comprise a base plate which mounts a body member incorporating a socket, and having an open elongated slot in the body member projecting inwardly of a mouth of the socket. The male member may comprise a shank for engaging the slot and terminating in a bulbous head for engagement of the socket and in which the shank includes attachment means for a net.

Abstract: An net mounting assembly is provided for mounting a net onto a table or similar flat platform. The assembly comprises a mounting base constructed and arranged to be slipped over an edge of the table. The assembly also includes a first support member disposed on the mounting base and a second support member having an upper portion and a lower portion pivotally disposed on the first support member such that when the net mounting assembly is disposed on the table, the upper portion is disposed above a plane of the table and the lower portion is disposed below the plane of the table. The upper portion is connectable to the net and the lower portion is connectable to a biasing member such that the lower portion pivots inwardly towards the table and the upper portion pivots outwardly away from the table thereby tensioning the net and keeping the net substantially perpendicular to the table.
