The heating of the mesh panel also causes a sticky, resin-like outer surface to be formed. Hinged to the torso of the figure and extending therefrom are fabric arm and leg appendages. Light is emitted and refracted through the lenses whereby the game ball tends to glow and attention is attracted to the game ball.
