  • Patent number: 10225971
Abstract: A beach umbrella hole digging device including a tubular shaft with a pair of handles and a plunger rod that passes through the shaft and out the top. The handles help push and rotate the device into the sand. Once removed, the plunger rod can push out the sand that was inside the tubular shaft. Regular intervals are marked on the outside of the tubular shaft to show a user how deep the hole is and allow for a precise depth. By creating a hole that is the perfect diameter and depth for an umbrella pole, the user can securely set up his or her umbrella with minimal effort and time required. Furthermore, the construction of the present beach umbrella hole digging device is simple and allows for each of the components to press fit together. The device can look like the body and head of an animal.

Abstract: A fence surrounds a trampoline and extends above the rebounding surface, reducing the risk of injury. Shock absorption is aided in the preferred embodiment by a support system of independent poles, linked at their tops by a flexible strap or line. An impact anywhere on the fence causes the posts to flex inwardly, absorbing the force. Much of this impact injury is stored in system components and is subsequently returned, helping propel an errant jumper back onto to the rebounding surface. Abstract: This trampoline enclosure net design relates to a rebounding mat assembly and an enclosure net that surrounds the periphery of the rebounding mat assembly. The enclosure net is attached to the rebounding mat assembly by the enclosure net poles. The enclosure net pole includes: the body of the pole that is attached to the rebounding mat assembly and a connection assembly that sits at the top end of the body of the pole; a hanging hook is placed at the connection assembly; the hanging hook is connected to the enclosure net pole through an extendable piece. A connection assembly is placed at the top end of the pole; a hanging hook is placed at the connection assembly; the hanging hook is connected to the enclosure net pole through an extendable piece, allowing the enclosure net to expand and contract and buffer impact by user on the enclosure net.

  • Publication number: 20080269020
Abstract: A trampoline comprising a flexible mat (3) and a plurality of springs (4) holding the mat in tension within a peripheral frame (1) of the trampoline which surrounds the mat has an enclosure system surrounding the mat. The enclosure has a lower peripheral part coupled to the mat and a plurality of resiliently flexible upright enclosure members (5) to support the barrier above the mat. The enclosure support members are free to resiliently deform away from the mat when impacted by a user against the barrier. They are also connected together at the upper ends of the enclosure support members away from their natural rest state and towards the centre of the mat. When impacted by a user against the barrier on the side of the enclosure causing the barrier to resiliently deform away from the mat, the enclosure support members are resiliently deformed towards the centre of the mat.
