A first rotating metal shaft and a second rotating metal shaft are located across the pair of metal horizontal members. Further a pair of ankle braces is attached to a snap hook. A cable pulley on each side of the first rotating metal shaft supports a first metal cable attached to the snap hook. A first cable reel on each side of second rotating metal shaft supports the first metal cable. A second cable reel on each side of the second rotating metal shaft supports a second metal cable attached to a hand grab bar. Second rotating metal shaft rotates to transmit a tension to the first metal cable to perform different traction exercises.

Abstract: A training ladder formed of a plurality of substantially rigid polygon-shaped segments detachably secured together with segment connectors extending therebetween. The sides of each segment are substantially the same to allow the segment connector to join any sides between two adjacent segments. Accordingly, the path through the ladder can be varied. In one disclosed embodiment, the segments are octagon shaped and pivotally secured to the segment connectors, thereby allowing the ladder to collapse into a stack when not in use and allowing some of the segments to extend substantially vertically, thereby defining a hurdle or other possible vertical structure.

Abstract: A children's instructional floor exercise apparatus for developing physical, cognitive and social skills. The apparatus has a plurality of tiles that have an anatomy indicium and an independent tile orientation indicium. When the tiles are placed in a predetermined pattern and with each tile's orientation indicia indicating the same rotational orientation, the anatomy indicia correspond to a predetermined physical movement designed to exercise a specific muscle group and develop a specific physical skill. The apparatus may be provided with written instructions describing the desired tile pattern and physical movement. Multiple apparatus may be provided in a set so as to create an obstacle course of movements, with each obstacle designed to work with and complement other obstacles in the set to provide a well-rounded exercise routine.

  • Patent number: 8430795
Abstract: A fence surrounds a trampoline and extends above the rebounding surface, reducing the risk of injury. Shock absorption is aided in the preferred embodiment by a support system of independent poles, linked at their tops by a flexible strap or line. An impact anywhere on the fence causes the posts to flex inwardly, absorbing the force. Much of this impact injury is stored in system components and is subsequently returned, helping propel an errant jumper back onto to the rebounding surface. Numerous other embodiments and accessories are also detailed. Similar arrangements are suitable for use with above ground pools.
