Abstract: A confinement cabin has a load-bearing structure, confinement walls connected to the load-bearing structure to delimit an inner space of the cabin, an access opening to the inner space, and a door connected to the load-bearing structure to close the access opening. The door is movable in opening and closing with a pivoting-tilting movement and has a movable arm which at a first end is rotationally connected to the load-bearing structure to rotate around a hinging axis, and a closing panel rotationally connected to a second end of the movable arm to rotate around a tilting axis. Rotation of the panel around the tilting axis is synchronized with rotation of the movable arm around the hinging axis by an elastic transmission system between a first pulley coaxial to the hinging axis and a second pulley coaxial to the tilting axis. Rotation of the panel around the tilting axis is in the opposite direction to rotation of the movable arm around the hinging axis.
Abstract: Disclosed is an open top hopper window with a hopper window and a frame. The frame includes top edge and bottom edges, and left and right sides. The inn part of the right and left sides of the frame has a guide groove located at the bottom of the side, with a hole in the frame located above such guide groove. The joining between the hopper window and the frame uses two bolts at the outer bottom sides of the hopper window sliding into the guide grooves and two arms linking the holes at the frame with two holes at the hopper window wherein the two holes are located at the 35%-40% range of the total length of the hopper window on the outer sides of the hopper window always achieving an equilibrium position which allows positioning the hopper window at different opening angles and positions without effort.
Abstract: The present invention generally relates to selectable-mode vehicle door assemblies. Some embodiments include door assemblies that are capable of operating in a sliding mode, and in a swinging mode according to user selection. Some embodiments can include one or more doorframes that can be selectably engaged in a swing mode or a slide mode. Other embodiments generally relate to methods associated with selectable-mode door assemblies.
Abstract: A window to be used as a skylight or a front window and comprising a frame (1) and two window wings (2, 3) situated above one another on the outside of said frame and being pivotably openable about mutually parallel, especially horizontal axes (17, 18), and which in their open positions can be situated closely below one another in the upper opening of the frame. The two window wings (2, 3) are mutually separated and separately movable and are positioned completely outside the frame (1) both in their closed as well as in their open positions. In this manner a window is obtained which is inexpensive to manufacture and which allows many adjustment possibilities including a completely open position with a clear view and a great emergency exit, and where the loads on each wing are relatively insignificant.
