Divided Frame With Pivoted Section Patents (Class 49/165)
  • Patent number: 11486184
Abstract: A passage gate for allowing or preventing people to enter or to exit a passage area comprising a base portion (110) and a panel portion (120) is provided. The passage gate (100) is configured to be driven in a first operation mode and a second operation mode. When the passage gate (100) is driven in the first operation mode the panel portion (120) is slidable relative the base portion (110) between a first open position, allowing people to pass, and a closed position preventing people from passing through the passage gate (100). When the passage gate (100) is driven in the second operation mode the base portion (110) is rotatable between the closed position and a second open position for achieving a larger passage area.

  • Patent number: 8819993
Abstract: A window includes a frame, a rail module, and two sashes. The rail module includes a first rail, a second rail, and a pulley assembly. The first rail is fixed to the frame, and the second rail is able to turn. The second rail is turned to connect to the first rail so that the pulley assembly can slide in both the first and the second rails. The first sash is pivoted on the frame, and the second sash is hinged with the first sash and connected to the pulley assembly. The pulley assembly is moved to the second rail from the first rail to make the sashes fold up. After the second sash arrives at the second rail, one may turn the folded sashes totally off the window and attach them to a wall besides the window.

  • Patent number: 4619074
Abstract: A hybrid sliding-pivoting door or window structure comprises one or more pairs of cooperative panels each including a first swinging panel and a second sliding panel. The sliding panel can be moved from a fully closed position in which it is end-to-end with the swinging panel to a semi-open position of the structure in which it is juxtaposed face-to-face with the swinging panel and both panels can then be swung as a unit to fully open the structure and provide substantially unimpeded access across the width of an opening in which the structure is located. The sliding panel is received in a fixed track section when in the fully closed position and moves into a swinging track section associated with the swinging panel.

  • Patent number: 4105407
Abstract: A sterilizing container having a lid with an outer flange which cooperates with the upper edge of a base and a resilient member for sealing the container. The lid contains a mechanism for automatically moving the lid into sealing engagement with the base. Located on both the outer flange of the lid and the upper edge of the base are locking means which interact to place the lid in a sealing engagement with the base when the lid is moved by the moving mechanism on the lid. The container is designed to receive articles such as medical instruments which are sterilized when the container is placed in an autoclave, subjecting the instruments or articles to a sterilizing environment. The moving mechanism on the lid includes means responsive to the sterilizing environment to automatically bring the lid into sealing contact with the base prior to the return of the surrounding environment to ambient conditions, preserving the sterilized instruments until needed for use.
