Patent number: 9091109Abstract: A revolving door with a drive unit drivingly connected to a turnstile of the revolving door. The revolving door has at least one glass ceiling element. The drive unit is gearlessly constructed and has an electronically commutated multipole motor. The multipole motor is arranged at the glass ceiling element.Type: GrantFiled: January 14, 2014Date of Patent: July 28, 2015Assignee: Dorma Deutschland GmbHInventors: Sven Busch, Stefan Kissler, Thomas Schmitz

Patent number: 8252067Abstract: A latch and latch handle recessed into the computer cover is provided, with the latch handle preferably presently a cam surface internally that interacts with a compatible cam surface associated with a lock bar. Preferably, a key lock is functionally integrated with the latch in such a way that when the key lock is unlocked the latch handle and latch are free to displace and to then urge the retention bar to disengage detents or hooks from slots or receptacles, by way of releasing the cover from a chassis or body of the desktop or workstation. Accordingly, in essentially one efficient movement via engaging the latch handle, a user will be able to quickly remove the cover.Type: GrantFiled: March 28, 2008Date of Patent: August 28, 2012Assignee: Lenovo (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.Inventors: Timothy S. Farrow, William F. Martin-Otto

Patent number: 8191312Abstract: An automatic revolving door having a plurality of foldable revolving wings, in which each revolving wing is disposed at a lower side of a horizontal plate which is driven by a driving motor, and an upper outer side of each revolving wing is coupled with hinge to the horizontal plate, and an upper inner side of each revolving wing is slidably coupled to a cross bar attached to the horizontal plate, and each revolving wing is pivotally moveable toward outer wall members of the door to provide a wide opening between the outer wall members.Type: GrantFiled: May 24, 2006Date of Patent: June 5, 2012Inventor: Bok Kwon Wang

Patent number: 8079179Abstract: A sliding door structure comprises at least one door or plate (12), and a substantially horizontally arranged track device (13). The track device (13) includes a stationary track part (14) and at least one door carrier (16) for carrying the door. The door carrier is supported by the stationary track part (14) at one or more supporting points and displaceable horizontally in relation to said track part between first and second opposite positions. The door (12) is connected to the track device (13) such that the center of gravity of the door or plate (12) is spaced horizontally from the adjacent supporting point by a distance being a substantial fraction of the width of the door or plate (12). Thus, the door (12) is supported by the carrier (16) in a cantilever-like manner and the length of the track (13) may be reduced to a value substantially corresponding to the width of the door opening (11).Type: GrantFiled: February 23, 2006Date of Patent: December 20, 2011Inventor: Michael Erik Lemming

Patent number: 7146994Abstract: An active rinse shield designed to protect electrofill chemical baths from excessive dilution during rinse sprays on the semiconductor wafer. The shield uses overlapping blades to cover the bath, making a physical barrier between the bath chemistry and the wafer rinse water. The blades are interconnecting ribs that actuate around a common pivot axis. A linear mechanical actuator controls the blade movement, moving the top-most blade, which in turn, moves an adjacent lower blade. Each upper blade is interconnected to an adjacent lower blade by upper and lower ledges, a pivot boss and interlocking cut, and a curved ledge on each blade's body surface. The interconnecting features allow the blades to move one another out for extension or in for retraction. The interlocking blades are inclined above one another, forming grooves to redirect the rinse water away from the chemical bath.Type: GrantFiled: March 17, 2003Date of Patent: December 12, 2006Assignee: Novellus Systems, Inc.Inventors: Patrick Breiling, John D Rasberry, Steve C Schlegel

Patent number: 5634295Abstract: Revolving door having at least four variable length door wings extending radially into a passageway, and being offset from one another in the direction of rotation about a central axis. Each door wing includes at least two sliding door elements slidingly movable relative to each other to vary the radial length of the door wings. Each door wing has a pivot axis disposed radially outwardly from the central axis. Adjacent door wings are pivotable about their respective pivot axes from an operating position in which the door wings extend radially into the passageway to an open position in which the sliding door elements slide relative to each other to shorten the radial length and unblock the passageway.Type: GrantFiled: October 20, 1995Date of Patent: June 3, 1997Assignee: Record Turautomation GmbHInventor: Helmut H.
