Abstract: A laundry stain and soil pretreatment sheet including a water soluble or water dispersible carrier layer, preferably polyvinyl alcohol, a removable separator layer, and a layer of cleaning agent composition therebetween. The separator layer is removed, the composition layer is adhered to a stain on clothing, and the clothing is laundered to treat the stain. The carrier layer dissolves or disperses during the laundering. A method of treating a stained or soiled area of a fabric using the sheet is also disclosed.

Abstract: A folding bed apparatus having a novel moving pivot that enables the bed to be moved effortlessly from a generally horizontal operational position to a generally vertical stowed position within an attractive enclosure and also to be pulled away from the enclosure for sleeping and to permit free access to the mattress. A novel safety locking mechanism is provided to maintain the bed in the generally horizontal position when it is pulled outwardly from the storage enclosure. When the bed is in the stowed position, a comfortable seating bench is provided to accommodate one or more persons.

Abstract: An assembly comprising one or more stationary wall units, each having a recess into which rigid platform is pivotally mounted. The platform forms a wall portion in its closed position, and a bed or couch in its open position. A second smaller platform or shelf/leg is pivotally mounted with a second recess or well set into the larger platform. The shelf/leg forms a wall portion in its open position, and a shelf or support leg in its open position, depending on the position of the larger platform. The larger platform itself maybe mounted adjacent to and in front of a pivotally mounted bedframe member, thereby allowing a single wall unit to be configured to form either a wall, a wall having an added shelf, a couch or a double bed.The invention further comprises a height adjustable table allowing both a lower height coffee table and a higher height card table. At its lower height the table can also provide support to the bedframe in its open position.

Abstract: A folding wall bed provides a frame which is pivotable from a substantially vertical stowed position to a substantially horizontal functional position. A headboard structure rises when the frame is folded to its functional position. The folding wall bed further employs a pivotably supporting first set of legs. Moreover, the folding wall bed is self concealing when in its stowed position.

Abstract: A spring-balanced wall-type bed is pivotable between a vertical position into a wall recess and a horizontal position out of the wall recess in conjunction with a wall panel attached to the bottom of the bed so as to function as a closure for the wall recess when the bed is swung into the recess in its vertical position. In its horizontal position, the bed has unfolded legs having rollers thereon which bear against the wall panel which rests upon the floor. The bed and panel are maintained in contact by the springs so as to be pivotable together.
