Abstract: A wall bed assembly including a wall cabinet and a bed frame. The bed frame is pivoted from a vertical, stored position within the wall cabinet to a horizontal position for use as a bed. The bed frame is connected to the wall cabinet with a pivot bracket secured to the bed frame which pivotally attaches to the lower end of a counterbalancing piston. The upper end of the counterbalancing piston is pivotally secured to a plate that attaches to the wall cabinet side panel. Additionally, the bed frame includes a pair of non-linear legs pivotally attached for supporting the frame in the horizontal position. The wall bed assembly also includes retractable magnets for securing the bed frame in the vertical position. A safety release position is also provided. A bed frame assembly for a customizable wall cabinet is also provided.
Abstract: A folding wall bed provides a frame which is pivotable from a substantially vertical stowed position to a substantially horizontal functional position. A headboard structure rises when the frame is folded to its functional position. The folding wall bed further employs a pivotably supporting first set of legs. Moreover, the folding wall bed is self concealing when in its stowed position.
Abstract: A portable hammock kit having aminimum of modular components for assembling and disassembling the modular components for storage or transportation to another location and store all components in a convenient carrying bag. The hammock stand can be assembled with three modular components without fasteners or tools. The hammock stand accommodates a hammock bed suspended from a pair of modular leg assemblies that allow for vertical adjustment of the elevation of both the head and foot ends of the hammock bed.
