Abstract: A sofa-bed includes a fixed frame and a foldable frame connected to the fixed frame and movable between an open configuration defining a bed configuration of the sofa-bed and a closed configuration defining a sofa configuration of the sofa-bed. The foldable frame includes levers hinged to the fixed frame. The sofa-bed includes at least a pair of tie rods made of elastomeric material, wherein each tie rod extends along a substantially longitudinal direction. A first end of each one of the tie rods is connected to fixed frame and a second end of each of the tie rods opposed with respect to the first end is associated to at least one of the levers.
Abstract: A space saving bed of the kind that can be changed from a single bed into a double bed and vice versa and where performing this change between the single bed and double bed is easy, effortless, and does not require removal of a pad or mattress. The space saving bed includes a first frame part and a second frame part. The first frame part includes a first mattress receiving device and the second frame part includes a second mattress receiving device. The first and second frame parts are hingedly connected together about a first axis and are foldable relative to each other about the first axis. The second mattress receiving device is connected to the second frame part to be rotatable or pivotable about a second axis. The first and second axes are arranged parallel to one another.
Abstract: Illustrative embodiments provide a computer implemented method, a data processing system, and a computer program product for previous password based authentication. In one illustrative embodiment, the computer implemented method comprises obtaining a combination of an identifier and a password and determining whether the password is current and correct. The computer implemented method responsive to determining the password is other than current and correct, prompting for an old password and determining whether the old password matches a previous password. Responsive to the old password matching a previous password, thereby creating a password match, permitting access to a resource.

Abstract: The present invention concerns a piece of seating furniture convertible to bed, comprising a stationary body (1) and at least one articulated frame (2) attached to the body and consisting of a rear back part (3) and a front back part (4) and of a seat part (5) carried on a carriage (14) by means of levers (7, 13). The invention is characterized in that the rear part (3) of the back of the articulated frame (2) is significantly shorter than the front part (4) of its back and, by the intermediate of a further frame part (9), pivotably attached to the stationary body (1) around a transverse shaft (10) provided in the rear part of the body (1), the said further frame part (9) being prevented by stop members (11) from being pivoted to below the horizontal plane. At the front end of the seat part (5), a foot rest (8) in itself known is provided, which can be affected and folded out by means of the position of the levers (7, 13).
