Post Hooks Patents (Class 5/294)
  • Patent number: 11535995
Abstract: A pile guide has a collar with a void therein. A planar flange extends from a side of the collar. A bracket has opposing guides constructed and arranged for receiving the planar flange of the pile guide therein. The planar flange is in a slidable relationship with the bracket, and the bracket is constructed and arranged for mounting to a floating dock. The distance of the collar from the floating dock can be adjusted to accommodate for distances of piles from the floating dock.

  • Patent number: 11447216
Abstract: A floating platform is attached to another object. The object may be fixed to the earth or it may be a floating object such as a floating dock or a vessel. The floating platform is held in horizontal position relative to the object to which it is attached, but vertical movement of the floating platform relative to the object is permitted. The object is connected to the floating platform by devices that have blades extending from. Each blade slidably engages a bracket, with the slidable blade permitting horizontal adjustment of the distance of the floating platform from the object during installation of the floating platform. Guide posts or piles slidably engage pile guides mounted to the object, permitting the floating platform to move vertically relative to the object, but fixing the floating platform's horizontal position relative to the object.

  • Patent number: 10959529
Abstract: A bed frame includes outer lateral and longitudinal bar units, each having a first end and a second end. Each of first, second, third, and fourth longitudinal bar units includes an upper longitudinal bar and a lower longitudinal bar. The first ends of the first and second longitudinal bar units are rotatably connected with each other. The first ends of the third and fourth longitudinal bar units are rotatably connected with each other. Of each respective longitudinal bar unit, the second end of the upper longitudinal bar is movably connected with the first or second end of a corresponding lateral bar unit, and the second end of the lower longitudinal bar is fixedly connected with the first or second end of the corresponding lateral bar unit.

  • Patent number: 10959530
Abstract: A foldable supporting assembly includes an inner lateral bar unit, and first, second, third and fourth longitudinal bar units. The first and second longitudinal bar units are disposed at a first side, and rotatably connected with the first and second ends of the inner lateral bar unit. The third and fourth longitudinal bar units are disposed at a second side, and rotatably connected with the first and second ends of the inner lateral bar unit. When folded, one of the first and second longitudinal bar units is disposed between the inner lateral bar unit and the other one of the first and second longitudinal bar units, and one of the third and fourth longitudinal bar units is disposed between the inner lateral bar unit and the other one of the third and fourth longitudinal bar units.

  • Patent number: 5500963
Abstract: The present invention comprises a novel device for fixedly attaching and securing at least one horizontal supporting tubular frame structure between a pair of vertically positioned end frame members of a bunk bed, whereby the attaching and securing device includes a pair of elongated tubular support frame members, each having depending wedge-shaped tongue members fixedly secured adjacent each end of the frame members so as to be receive in corresponding brackets fixedly attached to the oppositely disposed side posts of the end frame members. An elongated screw is positioned through each post and into each tubular support frame member in which is mounted a nut member adapted to receive the threaded end of the screw, whereby the tongue members are secured in place within sleeves formed in the respective brackets.

  • Patent number: 4518279
Abstract: A fastener-free merchandising display stand, which is rigid when initially assembled, and which remains rigid during use, comprises interconnected perpendicular base panels which meet at a sheet metal upright. One of the panels is rigidly welded to the upright, while the other panel is connectable to the first panel and the upright by sliding it vertically downwardly into a pocket formed by a section of the post and a section of the first panel extending perpendicularly from the face thereof and having an oblique, flanged edge. The second panel has a flange with an oblique edge which fits into the pocket. The second panel is tightened against the upright as it slides downwardly by a wedging action, so that the weight of the second panel tends to cause the interconnection to remain tight even if a slight bending of sheet metal parts takes place as a result of abuse.

  • Patent number: 3982291
Abstract: The specification discloses a locking apparatus and method for assembling bed frames which simplifies assembly of such frames allowing the same to be easily and quickly accomplished by one person. Included in the apparatus are opposing rigid bracket members joined by a rigid, two-point connection. One connection provides a pivot while a camming means cams the other connection into a corresponding receiving means to lock the members together when one member is rotated about the pivot. The method includes pivotally supporting one member on the other and rotating one member with respect to the other while camming a locking projection into a receptacle to lock together the members and their associated mattress and head or foot support frames.
