Abstract: A connecting structure of a bed frame is disclosed. The bed frame includes a frame and bed legs connected under the frame. The frame includes two lateral rods and two longitudinal rods connected to the lateral rods. Respective two sides of the lateral rods or the longitudinal rods are provided with mounting troughs for insertion of respective two end portions of the longitudinal rods or the lateral rods. An outer side surface of each of the mounting troughs is provided with at least one mounting hole. The lateral rods and the longitudinal rods are perpendicularly connected to each other through the mounting troughs. The structure of the bed frame is simple, and the installation is convenient.

Abstract: An expandable and contractable storage device comprised of a frame, X-bars, a leveler, a movable bar, rolling wheels and attachment guides. The frame includes at least one elongated support element having a support ledge. The leveler is connected to the moveable bar and a grooved shaft. The rolling wheels are attached to carriages and the movable bar are located inside elongated U-shaped channels and channels of the attachment guides. The X-bars are attached to the carriages and the attachment guides. Stoppers are movably located inside the elongated U-shaped channels and the channels of the attachment guides. The rotation of the leveler will rotate the grooved shaft and move the movable bar in a forward direction forcing the rolling wheels to rotate and translate forward along the channels and the X-bars will move in an upward or downward direction and the frame moves in a downward or upward direction.

Abstract: A bed frame includes a weight bearing framework 30, and a footboard 82 that cooperates with the framework to define an edge 90 of an occupant region 92 of the bed. The footboard 82 includes a footboard frame 100 and a pressurizable cushion 104. A mattress system 160 includes a main occupant support portion 162 with a support surface 168 and a cushion 170 located footwardly of the occupant support portion. The cushion has a deployed state in which it projects vertically higher than the support surface and a stored state in which it does not project vertically higher than the support surface.

Abstract: An audio bed board having an inertial type acoustics transducer is disclosed. The novel bed board structure is capable of emitting sound without any exposed audio speakers or speaker openings allowing sound to escape. The bed board typically acts as an audio emitter. In a preferred embodiment, the bed board is generally hollow thereby allowing the installation of the acoustic elements within the bed board. Additionally, an audio amplifier contained therein may be coupled to the headboard, other bed structures or surrounding structures. The bed board generally has a surface adjacent one of head end and foot end having no normally apparent openings so as to facilitate cleaning of the bed board. Furthermore, the emitted sound signal may utilize multiple audio sources for reproduction by the bed board sound system including but not limited to digital, analog, optical and emergency signals.

Abstract: Some embodiments of the present disclosure include a bed having an integrated, hidden pet ramp. The bedframe may include a headboard, a footboard, a first side rail, and a second side rail, the bedframe configured to support a mattress. A ramp support/attachment rail may extend along a length of the footboard and may support a ramp configured to support an animal. The ramp may include a ramp landing and a ramp side extending from an upward facing surface of the ramp to the floor, wherein the ramp side may abut the mattress. In embodiments, the first side rail may be shorter than the second side rail to accommodate a ramp entry, and the ramp may extend from the ramp entry upwardly to the ramp landing. Additionally, the footboard may extend upwardly past the upper surface of the ramp to hide the ramp.

Abstract: An all truss foundation unit, method of making the foundation unit, and a foundation unit kit. The foundation unit is formed of multiple cross trusses interconnected by bridging top and bottom side rails. This results in a flat surface on both the top and the bottom of the foundation unit. The kit is formed of a plurality of the trusses and four side rails, with the trusses and side rails being oriented together with their longitudinal dimensions aligned in a generally parallel orientation and with at least some of their flat sides in contact with one another. When the foundation unit is constructed, a truss locator guide is provided on at least two of the side rails, and the cross trusses are oriented in a parallel, spaced relationship in accordance with the truss locator guide.

Abstract: A bed assembly for providing a place of entertainment and a place to sleep for people of all ages, primarily children. The bed assembly is functional, ornamental, and entertaining. The assembly provides for a frame, body, and wheels. The interior frame and under-carriage assembly is a structure of vertical, horizontal, angled, and transverse support members elevated by columns and truss oriented support members that may be assembled by the consumer. The body of the bed is primarily for ornamental design and is to give shape and dimension to the frame. A tire/wheel assembly consists of a rim/wheel to provide for ornamental design, seating, and entertainment by the consumer, as it attaches and detaches as part of its function. The assembly includes two locations for storing mattresses for use in sleeping, an upper and lower location.

Abstract: This invention relates to a transformable furniture unit, and in particular to a changing table with shelving that transforms into two sitting benches, and into a bed. The infant's changing table with shelving comprises four posts that support two tiers of shelving, with the capacity to support additional tiers in another aspect of the invention. The tiers of shelving are supported by wooden beams that connect perpendicularly to the four posts. The changing table with shelving transforms into two sitting benches when one tier of shelving is detached from the other. The furniture can be transformed into a bed when the sitting bench with the high back support is used as a headboard, the second sitting bench with no back support is used as the foot of the bed, and a supplementary support panel is attached in between, holding together the headboard and the foot of the bed.

Leg brackets fold out from the bed frame assemblies, which themselves unfold in the middle. Central connecting bars connect inner side edges of the bed frame assemblies. Plastic edge attachments are attached at outer corners of the bed frame assemblies and hold a bed skirt taught around the frame assemblies when the frame assemblies are standing on the extended leg brackets. A mattress is then placed on top of the assembled mattress support system. Optionally, metal edge attachments at the head corners of the mattress support system both hold the bed skirt and support a headboard.

Abstract: A mechanism for mounting a foldable-bed unit in an article of furniture is described. A pair of mounting plates each including a first and second bracket is mounted on opposite ends of a cavity in the article of furniture. The brackets include a U-shaped slot configured to accept a fixture having an enlarged head. A retaining tab is included within one or more of the brackets to retain the fixture therein. The first brackets are located rearwardly of the second brackets and at an angle such that the slot therein is tilted forwardly. The second brackets are oriented to provide a generally vertical orientation to the slots therein. A foldable-bed unit having fixtures corresponding to each of the brackets is installed into the article of furniture by inserting corresponding fixtures into the first brackets. The foldable-bed unit is rotated to insert the remaining fixtures into the second brackets.

Abstract: A bedstead assembly includes a support frame and a top plate unit disposed on the support frame. The support frame includes a rectangular foldable frame member convertible between unfolded and folded states. The foldable frame member includes a plurality of parallel non-foldable plates and a plurality of pairs of foldable plates. Any two adjacent non-foldable plates interconnect pivotally one corresponding pair of foldable plates to define a void space when the foldable frame member is in the unfolded state. The void spaces in the foldable frame member are arranged along a direction parallel to the foldable plates. Pivotable plate portions of the foldable plates are perpendicular to the non-foldable plates when the foldable frame member is in the unfolded state, and are parallel to the non-foldable plates when the foldable frame member is in the folded state.

Abstract: This invention relates to a fabricated bedstead, in particular a fabricated bedstead that is applicable to a metal sofa bed or a bunk bed. The invention mainly comprises a bedstead that is made of different lengths of cannular shafts. The invention enables respective round hook portions on one ends of pluralities of thin vertical lines and thin horizontal lines to pierce through those cannular shafts, and those round hook portions are correspondingly positioned in waterdrop-shaped trough portions of said cannular shafts. The fabricated member of the invention effectively reduces the volume of material and manufacturing cost.
