In response to detecting the inadequacy in the map data, the vehicle can be controlled in a second autonomous mode of operation and a user can be prompted to switch to a manual mode of operation. The vehicle can be controlled in the second autonomous mode of operation by at least obtaining additional sensor data using the one or more sensors of the vehicle and navigating the vehicle based on the additional sensor data.

    Abstract: A plastic contoured seat back includes an inner and an outer shell affixed together. The inner shell includes a three dimensionally curved front surface and a two dimensionally curved back surface. The inner shell may include an internal rib adjacent the top of the shell that is shaped differently from the top edge of the inner shell. The internal rib is adapted to allow the inner shell to be cut adjacent the internal rib so that the inner shell can be varied in shape. The shell may also include indentations on the back side of the shell adjacent the corners of the inner shell. The indentations are dimensioned to receive overlapping fabric that is pulled around the corners such that the fabric on the back of the shell adjacent the corners does not project outwardly more than the fabric elsewhere, despite the over lapping of the fabric at the corners.

    Abstract: A cushion for use on garden furniture is provided, which cushion comprises a filling and a removable cover. To avoid folds developing in the cover, prevent the cover from hanging loosely thereon and to enhance its general appearance, the cover is on its inside and the filling is on its outside provided with releasable mutually fitting connections. These connections can be press studs, VELCRO tape, or a snap connection. Thus the removable cover is kept in its position relative to the filling. According to a preferred embodiment, the connections fitted on the filling are plates comprising a hole attached to the filling, and the connections attached to the cover are plates or buttons comprising a mushroom-like extension, fitting in the holes, together forming a snap connection.

The side and end rails are joined together by insertion of an end of a respective side and end rail into respective channels of a corner joint having two open-ended channels formed therein at right angles to each other. The foundation rails comprise a top portion with a pair of side portions depending from the top portion defining a generally U-shaped channel with the top portion. Foundation covering is preferably attached to the foundation by tacking it to the metal rail or to a penetrable material carried within the side and end rail channels, or by using an elongated wedge to fix the covering within these channels.

    Abstract: A cushioned toilet seat assembly wherein the seat and cover members are each fabricated with a pair of upper and lower base members upholstered about the respective tops and bottoms thereof, and wherein the covering material overlaps and is affixed to relative marginal portions of the respective base members in such a manner as to minimize abutting interference upon final assembly interconnection. The upper and lower base member pairs are integrally molded of a tough synthetic plastic material, and are each formed with a plurality of symmetrically arranged, cooperative plug pins and through openings for a snap-fit interconnection upon interassembly under clamping pressure. Marginal recesses are formed along the outer or facing sides of the upper and lower base members, within which outer edge portions of the covering material are drawn and secured as by staples to minimize bunching and thereby to provide for close interconnecting assembly of the parts.
