Abstract: A device for securing a pillow or other support to a bed includes a pocket configured to receive a pillow insert, a tail comprising a proximal end and a distal end with the tail connected to the pocket at the proximal end. The device further includes a retention element located near the distal end of the tail. The retention element is further configured to retain the pillow insert relative to the bed by tucking the retention element under the mattress of the bed.

Abstract: A system for displaying a pillow in a vertical position features a pillow and a sham located on and fully encasing the pillow. The sham features a flange located on a sham outer periphery and extending out and away from the sham. A second attachment means is located on a flange second surface. The system features a rigid display frame with a frame aperture centrally located in the display frame. A first attachment means is located on a frame first surface. A removable base is located on a frame bottom edge perpendicular to the display frame.

Abstract: A sealing device (24) of a filter system (10) for filtering fluids, in particular of a motor vehicle, with a sealing ring (26) is described. The sealing ring (26) serves to seal a pipe (16), in particular a central pipe of a filter housing (12), that penetrates through a flange-sided opening (18) of an end plate (20), in particular of an end element of a filter element (14). The sealing ring (26) features a central section (58) that connects it with the end plate (20). The sealing ring (26) features in its axial direction on both sides of the central section (58) elastic sealing sections (60, 62) which cause each a reduction of the inner diameter of the sealing ring (26) compared with the central section (58).

Abstract: A bed covering system includes a top cover having a top surface, a bottom surface, right, left, top and bottom edges, and at least one fold on at least part of the bottom surface; a bottom cover having a top surface, a bottom surface, right, left, top and bottom edges, and at least one fold on at least part of the top surface; and a concealed fastening means having a first fastener part and a second fastener part, wherein the first and second fastener parts are attached to and enclosed in the at least one fold of the top and bottom covers, respectively. The top and bottom covers are detachably connected by the first and second fastener parts. A bed covering system also includes a plurality of covers and a plurality of fastening means. Teaching methods using the bed covering systems are included.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for limiting movement of a pillow relative to a bed. At one end, flexible member can be engaged with a pillow. At the other end of the flexible member, a weight can be suspended from an edge of the bed. The invention can include a clip engageable with the pillow to releasibly associate the member and the pillow. The weight can be moveably associated with respect to the member to selectively space the weight and the member with respect to one another.
