Abstract: An undulating bed comprises a padded mattress. A bed frame support is positioned under the padded mattress. A mechanism within the bed frame support is for imparting an undulating/rocking motion to the padded mattress, to substantially simulate motion experienced on a boat as a sleep aid to a user lying on the padded mattress.

Abstract: The components of the furniture system, in a vertical orientation, have a cabinet with a central opening in an upper section and a plurality of support panels stacked in a laterally oriented position within the central opening. The cabinet is adapted to be placed against a structure such as a wall. Engaging items include a television. The cabinet further has a horizontal orientation with a top opening and alternate configuration and function such as a bed or sofa. In this configuration the support panels are repositionable to span the entire horizontal top opening of the cabinet. The repositioning of such components is done by mechanisms such as hinges, rails and/or manually repositioning the components.

Abstract: A back plate has upper, lower and side edges. A central section and two laterally spaced side sections with spaces separating the sections. Shelves are coupled to the back plate in the sections. A cabinet has upper, lower, left side, right side, left, right, left intermediate, and right intermediate plates, a central opening between the left intermediate plate and the right intermediate plate, a left side opening between the left side plate and the left intermediate plate, and a right side opening between the right side plate and the right intermediate plate. A plurality of support panels are coupled to the cabinet and are re-positionable for spanning the openings when the cabinet is in a horizontal orientation whereby the panels will totally cover the openings and provide full support for an inflated mattress.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a table structure that can be converted into bed or table according to user's needs. Wherein a base frame of the present invention is respectively provided with a bed having two L-shape side frames and a table having two side shelves. The two side shelves of the table are connected to the base frame through spiral arms, by virtue of the pivotal connection between the L-shape side frames and the side shelves, the bed can be positioned respectively in a horizontal manner or in a vertical manner. Through the spiral arms, the table can be lowered down or raised up relative to the bed, such that the device of the present invention can be converted into a bed or a table as desired.

Abstract: Modular convertible furniture systems include a pair of similar open-ended box frame assemblies which are nestable one within the other. A pair of slotted support rails are attached pivotally at respective opposing corners of one of the box frame assemblies so as to be movable between raised and lowered positions. When in a raised position, the rails provide a support for a solid board plank thereby becoming a seat back (e.g., for a chair, love seat, or sofa-type arrangement). When the rails are in a lowered position substantially parallel to the ground, the two box frame assemblies may be oriented back-to-back so as to provide a support for a mattress thereby converting the structure into a bed arrangement, for example. The box frame assemblies can be positioned on different sides and ends thereby allowing formation of tables and/or shelving as may be desired.

Abstract: A sleeping bag that includes at least one clasp configured and arranged to hold sections of a sleeping bag together while the sleeping bag is rolled for storage. In use, when a user desires to roll the sleeping bag, sections of the sleeping bag are folded together, and the clasp or clasps are utilized to hold the sections of the sleeping bag together, which may help in maintaining alignment of the sections during rolling. In accordance with another embodiment, an inner liner extends along the inside of the sleeping bag and is exposed to part of the outer surface of the sleeping bag. The portion of the inner liner extending beyond the outer cover extends back over a section of the outer cover to form a cushion at the head of the sleeping bag.

The guide mechanism includes dispensing and collecting rollers for installing at least one first stratum between the mattress and the occupant of the service bed and for removing at least one second stratum installed between the mattress and the occupant.

Abstract: A method of installing a bedrail slat system includes engaging two bed side rails with a bed headboard and footboard, and telescopically engaging a first slat member to a second slat member to form a telescoping slat. The ends of the telescoping slats are then connected to the side rails. The first and second slat members are not secured together, but a downwardly extending support is attached to the telescoping slat.

Abstract: An article of furniture basically comprising a combination bed and table, such as a drawing table. Four vertically disposed columns support a bed platform upon which a mattress may be located, and a table is supported directly above the bed platform on the columns for vertical adjustment thereon. A lamp support is mounted upon the columns directly above the table, and table vertical adjusting means in the form of a winch is mounted upon the lamp support, and through cables located within the columns provides vertical adjustment of the table. The table is mounted in guides for horizontal displacement thereof, and the table guides may be tilted to the horizontal.
