A longitudinally extending sleeve is formed on the upper surface of the flexible sheet, and a plurality of straps are secured to the first side edge of the flexible sheet. The plurality of straps are releasably securable to the second side edge of the flexible sheet. A stabilizing board, which is preferably longitudinally adjustable, is removably received within the longitudinally extending sleeve.
