    Abstract: The invention relates to glycan arrays with quantified levels of glycan expression and a method for fabricating thereof. The method comprises quantitatively reacting an ?-aminoalkylglycan with an activated polymer of an acrylic acid derivative to obtain glycoconjugated polymer or copolymer and covalently attaching the (co)polymer to a functionalized substrate.
