A cover plate is fixed between the main body and the dust collecting barrel, having a central portion bored with an insert hole corresponding to the main body, and a guide plate is transversely disposed under the cover plate. Thus, the induced draft device is started to absorb airflow with dust into the main body and, when passing through the insert hole of the cover plate, the airflow will be stopped by the guide plate and forced to flow through two sides of the guide plate to form a shunt effect. Thus, when airflow gets into the dust collecting barrel, the dust in the dust collecting barrel will not be affected to rise, enhancing dust collecting effect of the dust collecting barrel.

  • Patent number: 9657621
Abstract: Exhaust aftertreatment systems and methods are described for reducing emissions output therefrom. In one example, an exhaust gas aftertreatment system comprises a first catalyst downstream of a branchpoint in a first exhaust pathway, a second catalyst downstream of the branchpoint in a second exhaust pathway, an electrical heater positioned upstream of the branchpoint for heating the exhaust flow, a control unit for adjusting an exhaust heating current of the electrical heater, and a valve for adjusting a distribution of exhaust flow to the first and second catalyst, the control unit including instructions to adjust the valve responsive to a substrate temperature within one or more of the first and second catalysts. In this way, an exhaust system with increased efficiency across a range of operating temperatures is realized that reduces emissions and energy expended during usage.

Abstract: A bag filter assembly for cleaning dust-laden gases has a housing, which is divided into a filtered-gas side and an unfiltered-gas side by a bag bottom formed with openings. Several filter bags with a flat cross-section and support baskets are arranged in the bag bottom openings. The filter bags have support baskets and injector nozzle at the open end for conducting and accelerating compressed-air pulses for dedusting. The injector nozzle protrudes at least partially into the openings of the bag bottom. Sealing elements are arranged on the outside of the injector nozzle at the level of the bag bottom in order to form a defined gap for a defined compression of the filter bag between the sealing elements and the jacket surface of the opening in the bag bottom and thus to independently seal the filter bag with respect to the opening of the bag bottom.
