Abstract: Disclosed are a compound including an oxalate, a carbon dioxide absorbent including the same, a method of preparing the carbon dioxide absorbent and a method of removing carbon dioxide, which may overcome issues of high recycling energy and low absorptivity of a conventional carbon dioxide absorbent to considerably reduce recycling energy and absorb a greater amount of carbon dioxide per unit absorbent, so that a size of a carbon dioxide absorption tower may be reduced and a less amount of recycling energy may be used, contributing to a substantial decrease in device manufacture costs and management costs.

Abstract: A method for preparing a precursor of radioactive 3-iodobenzylguanidine- N,N?-bis(tert-butyloxycarbonyl)-3-(tri-n-butyltin)benzylguanidine) (MSnBG) is revealed. The method includes following steps. Firstly, obtain 3-iodobenzylguanidine bicarbonate by an addition reaction between 3-iodobenzylamine hydrochloride and cyanamide. Use di-tert-butyl dicarbonate as a protecting agent for NH group and convert 3-iodobenzylguanidine bicarbonate into N,N?-bis(tert-butyloxycarbonyl)-N-(3-iodobenzyl) guanidine. At last, under catalysis of bis(triphenylphosphine) palladium dichloride, obtain a final product MSnBG by a substitution reaction between N,N?-bis(tert-butyloxycarbonyl)-N-(3-iodobenzyl) guanidine and bis(tri-n-butyltin). MSnBG is used in no-carrier-added synthesis of [*l]MIBG.

  • Patent number: 4965211
Abstract: Species-linked diamine triacetic acids of the formula ##STR1## wherein T is an organic species containing at least one amine, hydroxyl, or thiol functional group, L is the residue of at least one of those functional groups and R is a two or more atom long covalent bridge, are disclosed. Methods for their preparation, for the preparation of metal chelates from them and for the use of the chelates are also disclosed. In a preferred embodiment, the metal ions employed in the formation of the chelates are rare earth metal ions capable of forming fluorescent chelates which can in turn be employed in fluoroassay techniques.

  • Patent number: 4916247
Abstract: Organometal-containing styrene derivatives of the formula I ##STR1## in which, for example, M is Si, X is 0, R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are hydrogen, R.sup.4 to R.sup.6 are each methyl, a is zero and R.sup.7 is hydrogen or methyl, and organometal-containing compounds of the formula VII ##STR2## in which M and R.sup.1 to R.sup.6 are, for example, as defined above and Y is, for example, 4-nitrophenoxy, are valuable starting materials for the preparation of organometal-containing polymers. The polymers are suitable for the preparation of photoresists which can be developed under dry conditions, such as are required in the production of structured images, particularly in microelectronics.
