An article may comprise an insert comprising an outer cover, a liner, and a core between the outer cover and liner, a first waist panel coupled to the insert throughout a first attachment region, and a second waist panel coupled to the insert throughout a second attachment region, the second panel being coupled to the first panel proximate a first side edge of the article and the second side edge of the article and further comprising a weakened region. The second attachment may comprise a low-strength attachment zone and a high-strength attachment zone, the high-strength attachment zone disposed proximate the attachment region bottom edge. The low-strength attachment zone may further have a first peel strength and the high-strength attachment zone may have a second peel strength, the second peel strength greater than the first.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a collector for human feces, consisting of: a fixing plate (100) comprising a C-shaped left plate (101) and a C-shaped right plate (101?) of which the ends are connected to each other so as to have a penetrated central portion and be folded over each other; a feces collection bag (200) of which the end is fixed to one lateral side of the fixing plate (100), and which ordinarily is rolled to be inserted between the folded C-shaped left plate (101) and C-shaped right plate (101?) of the fixing plate (100), and is pushed out from a penetrated hole of the fixing plate (100) when feces is injected; and an adhesion means (300). Since the feces collection bag does not come in contact with the anus when being worn, ease of defecation is facilitated due to improved comfort.

Abstract: An absorbent article includes a front waist portion, a back waist portion and a crotch portion between the front waist portion and the back waist portion. A one-side end portion of the back waist portion on a one side in a lateral direction is joined to a one-side end portion of the front waist portion on the one side in the lateral direction. The back waist portion includes a fastening portion on another side in the lateral direction. The back waist portion includes an elastic region in at least an upper end portion. A lateral distance between a one-side end of the elastic region on the one-side and the center of the crotch portion is smaller than a lateral distance between an other-side end of the elastic region on the other side and the center of the crotch portion.

Abstract: An absorbent article having a waistband which is attached to first and second body portions of the article. The first body portion is attached to the waistband by at least a fastening means wherein the article assumes a pant diaper form. The waistband has a reception surface and a perforation. The perforation allows the reception surface to be separated into first and second belt portions. At least a part of the reception surface is located on each belt portion, thereby allowing the article to assume a belt diaper form. The first belt portion comprises at least one fastening means. The second fastening means is arranged so that the absorbent article can be readily converted from a pant diaper form to a belt diaper form.

Abstract: A fastening and carrying device (2) for a disposable absorbent incontinence pad (4) has a belt (6) which is closed on itself in a detachable manner by means of belt closure elements (22), thus forming a continuous hip opening in the circumferential hip direction (8). Abstract: A diaper for treatment of diaper rash and methods of using such a diaper to treat diaper rash are provided. The diaper may include a first layer having inner and outer surfaces and including a front portion, a rear portion, and a middle portion extending between the front and rear portions and configured to be positioned between the legs of a user when worn. A liquid absorbent element may be coupled to the inner surface of the first layer and disposed proximate at least the front and middle portions. An opening may be defined in the rear portion of the first layer to expose at least a portion of the user's buttocks to open air when worn. An air and liquid permeable mesh layer may be permanently or removeably attached adjacent the opening and may cover at least part of the opening.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides reusable diaper liner devices, systems, and methods. In various embodiments, a reusable diaper liner can include an absorption layer that includes a first surface and a second surface, opposite the first surface. The reusable diaper liner also can include a waterproof layer that has a first surface and a second surface, opposite the first surface. The second surface of the absorption layer and the first surface of the waterproof layer can be positioned adjacent to each other and the reusable diaper liner can be configured to fit inside a diaper body.

Abstract: A reusable sanitary garment is provided, having a three-part construction, incorporating an outer garment portion, a sling portion, and at least one pad, supported within the sling, which, in turn, is affixed to, and supported within, the outer garment. Both the outer garment portion and the sling portion are preferably fabricated, in an ecologically sustainable manner, from recycled plastics materials. The at least one pad may be fabricated as a reusable, washable article, or may be fabricated as a disposable article, preferably from recycled, and easily recyclable or biodegradable materials. The outer garment portion, the sling portion and/or the reusable pad may be fabricated to incorporate bamboo charcoal material, having enhanced antibacterial, deodorant, wicking and absorptive qualities.

The first body portion is attached to the waistband by at least a fastening means wherein the article assumes a pant diaper form. The waistband has a reception surface and a perforation. At least a part of the reception surface is located on each belt portion, thereby allowing the article to assume a belt diaper form. The first belt portion comprises at least one fastening means. The second fastening means is arranged so that the absorbent article can be readily converted from a pant diaper form to a belt diaper form.

Abstract: A disposable pull-on type diaper has a separator interposed between an inner surface of an absorbent chassis and the wearer's skin so as to protect the diaper wearer's skin from being soiled with feces. The separator is formed by a piece of sheet extending from a bottom of a crotch region of the diaper toward a front waist region and a rear waist region and fixed to lateral edges of the crotch region. The piece of sheet has a front end and a rear end both extending in a transverse direction of the crotch region. A liquid impermeable jacket resides adjacent an outside major surface of the fabric composite, and covers the opposing end edges and opposing side edges of the absorbent layers. A weakening line is provided transversely in that part of the diaper which lies longitudinally outside the absorbent body, in the front or the rear part. The weakening line terminates at a distance from the side-edges of the diaper in the diaper part.

Abstract: Pants that include a pair of outer sheets, and an inner sheet folded along a transverse center line, and disposed between lower parts of the respective outer sheets. Each of the outer sheets has upper and lower end portions extending in a transverse direction and front and rear side edge portions extending in a longitudinal direction while the inner sheet has lower end portions extending below the transverse center line in the transverse direction and a panel in the vicinity of the transverse center line. The inner surfaces of the respective outer sheets are bonded to each other in the vicinity of upper portions of the front and rear side edge portions thereof while the inner surfaces of the respective outer sheets are bonded to the inner surface of the inner sheet in the vicinity of lower portions of the front and rear side edge portions as well as in the vicinity of the front and rear side edge portions of the inner sheet.

Abstract: The garment of the present invention has a waist band with a crotch component that can be permanently attached to the back of the waist band and releasably attached to the front of the waist band. The crotch fits between the user's legs during use and the waist band wraps around the user's waist. The garment may have a one-, two-, or three-piece construction. The garment also has an absorbent core disposed generally in the crotch region. At least part of the interior surfaces of the garment are liquid-pervious to allow fluids to be absorbed into the absorbent core. The exterior surfaces of the garment are generally liquid-impervious, to prevent the fluid in the absorbent core from being released from the garment. The garment of the present invention may be donned quickly, easily, and with a minimum amount of exposure to unsanitary conditions or embarrassment. The garment of the present invention may also be donned by persons with limited use of their hands.

Abstract: A disposable diaper includes transversely opposite side edge regions thereof and the side edge regions are folded to form pleats each presenting a Z-shaped cross section and an body waste disposal sheet is bonded along its transversely opposite side edge regions to upper surfaces of the pleats so that the disposal sheet may be separated from the diaper as the transversely opposite side edge regions of the diaper are held and bilaterally pulled by a person having charge of body waste disposal with his or her hands.
