Abstract: An article of jewelry configured as a container for enclosing memorabilia. The article of jewelry includes a containment body having at least one opening configured for accommodating insertion of memorabilia into an interior compartment thereof. A releasable closure member is provided for configuring the article of jewelry between an open configuration in which the memorabilia is insertible into and removable from the interior compartment and a closed configuration in which the memorabilia is retained within the interior compartment. An adaptor is utilized that has one portion configured for engagement with the containment body and another portion configured for engagement with the closure member for accommodating coupling of the closure member to the containment body.

Abstract: A tongue and mouth stud for dispensing a substance such as a chemical, breath freshener, pleasant flavor, or medication into the mouth of a wearer. This tongue and mouth stud includes structure for dispensing a substance comprised of an internal cavity for storing and dispensing the substance contained within through one or more openings in the surface of the tongue stud that are contiguous with the internal cavity. Furthermore, the structure for dispensing a substance may include a sponge positioned within the internal cavity of the mouth and tongue stud.

Abstract: A self defense pendant and necklace with a pendant assembly including: a removable and replaceable front panel, a main body capable of retaining a small pressurized spray canister and associated spray head, and a hinged top portion that allows access to the top of the spray head. The pendant front includes a horizontally disposed orifice at its top potion that allows pepper spray to exit the front of the pendant assembly. The main body includes an orifice at its top most portion to allow a necklace to be attached to the pendant assembly. The pendant front includes a decorative element. A necklace assembly includes a necklace and attached lanyard. The lanyard is retained in a coiled manner inside a standard spring reel assembly so that the necklace can be extended outward when the user wants to access the pepper spray function and automatically return to its original position after use as a defensive implement.

Abstract: A piece of jewelry, an accessory, or a trinket that has an internal hollowed out cylinder that can fit a scroll inside. The scroll can have a printed or had written note such as a quote, a goal, a prayer, or inspiration. The lid of the piece unscrews and has a pole that extends into the inside of the hollowed out cylinder. The scroll is attached to this pole to allow the scroll to easily be removed automatically each time the lid is unscrewed and removed. Therefore the scroll is attached to the lid with a pole for easy extraction and insertion of the scroll from the jewelry.

Abstract: An electronic article of jewellery comprising a plurality of jewels that can be illuminated uniformly using a single light source is described. The article of jewellery comprises a chamber with the plurality of jewels to be illuminated being provided in a wall of the chamber. An artificial light source such as a tri-colour LED module, is provided within the chamber along with a light diffusing element. The light source and the light diffusing element, are positioned such that light rays emitted from the light source are diffused by interaction with the light diffusing element, before reaching the plurality of jewels to be illuminated.

Abstract: A jewelry system for emitting a fragrance. The jewelry system includes a pendant for attaching to a portion of a user. The pendant includes a first half and a second half that may be pivotally coupled together such that an interior of the pendant is defined. The pendant includes a hole extending through the first half. A fragrance assembly is provided for emitting a fragrance from the interior of the pendant. The fragrance assembly includes a fragrant liquid for emitting a fragrance through the hole and an absorbent disk removably positioned in the interior of the pendant for absorbing the fragrant liquid.

Abstract: A decorative cosmetic case includes at least one or more cosmetic cases, and a decorative worn on a finger of a user for assembled with the cosmetic case(s). The decorative has a flat base on top, and the cosmetic case is made of transparent material, having an interior cavity for containing a cosmetic and a recess formed in the bottom for the flat base of the decorative to fit firmly therein, and an outer circumferential edge on an upper side to fit in the recess of the bottom of another cosmetic case. Then one or more of the cosmetic cases may be assembled on the decorative, with the flat base of the decorative fitting firmly in the recess of the cosmetic case. Thus different cosmetic cases with colored cosmetics may be selected to be carried out for convenience of use.

Abstract: A rechargeable article of jewelry dispenses perfumed vapors and has a chamber formed from housing members. The housing members are made of a material which contains the perfumed vapors in the chamber and allows for releasing them into the atmosphere. A nugget of unglazed ceramic material is provided in the chamber and is of a size less than the chamber so that it is free to move inside the chamber and allow air to pass around the nugget. The chamber has apertures therein through which an aromatic liquid, such as perfume, can be deposited on and absorbed by the nugget. The apertures also allow air to circulate around the nugget and generate perfumed vapors which may exit the chamber through the apertures. The nugget is larger than any of the apertures so the nugget is retained in the chamber. A method of making scented jewelry is also provided.

Abstract: A user customizable pendant that includes a frame with a hole, a transparent front window, and a back member, which may or may not also be transparent. The front window and back member couple to the frame to form a vessel with an inner cavity. The pendant includes a funnel coupled to the frame, with a hole at the bottom that provides access to the inner cavity ofthe pendant. The user customizes the pendant by placing real or simulated birthstones, other simulated stones, charms, or other small objects into the inner cavity through the funnel such that they are visible through the front window. In one embodiment, the funnel includes two aligned, transverse holes, through which a necklace, bracelet, chain, cord, ribbon, or other structure can be threaded that captures the objects inside the pendant. In another embodiment, the funnel is located at the side, and the pendant may or may not include a plug capable of being removably coupled to the funnel to block the bottom hole.
