Abstract: A device and method is provided for treating surfaces, in particular for colouring moulded parts, said device comprising a container for receiving moulded parts and a first cover. The container can be closed, preferably, by using the first cover. A system is also provided for introducing liquid and/or powdery surface treatment agents into an inner chamber of the closed container. The system comprises a capsule in which the surface treatment agents which are to be introduced are accommodated.
Abstract: A disinfecting apparatus for cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing restraining devices used by law enforcement and correctional facilities is designed to allow the disinfectant solution to evaporate that comprises a compartment that includes an interior chamber and a door, a disinfectant chamber for retaining the disinfectant solution, a plurality of jets, at least one plenum, an air compressor for conveying the disinfectant solution from the disinfectant chamber to the compartment through the plurality of jets, a power switch, and an electrical power plug to electrically connect the disinfecting apparatus to a power supply. The rear wall of the compartment includes a plurality of support structures to support a plurality of restraining devices within the interior chamber. The outer side of the rear wall of the compartment includes a mounting system that secures the disinfecting apparatus to a vertical, planar surface.
Abstract: A method for cleaning garments. The garments are spread out in the interior of a cylinder (1) of a cleaning machine, attached there with bands (7) and hangers (10) and cleaned in this manner. By the method shrinkage and wrinkles will be avoided. Spin drying following cleaning and rinsing can be carried out at high speed, because the centrifugal forces act on garments which are spread out and lying flat and hence the forces do not create unwanted creases and wrinkles. The cleaning and spin drying will be followed by drying the spread out and attached garments by supply of heat. An ironing effect is improved by an intermediate spin speed. This method is suitable especially for cleaning in aqueous solutions. The garments are attached to the interior of the cylinder (1) by bands (7) with loops (8) connected to hooks (5). The solvents used for cleaning enter through the aqueous duct (11) and the hot air for drying enters through air duct (12).
Abstract: The present invention relates to an apparatus for dyeing and bleaching yarns and textile products in general, which comprises: a substantially cylindrical treatment tank with a substantially vertical axis and a structure for supporting the items to be treated which can be upwardly extracted from the treatment tank. The support structure comprises a support framework and a plurality of drawers suitable for containing the products to be treated; the drawers are stacked one on top of the other and can be extracted from the support framework, and an impeller provided for circulating a treatment liquid in one direction through the drawers, which are permeable to the treatment liquid, and, in the return direction, through an interspace which is defined between the inner wall of the treatment tank and at least one side portion of the support structure.

Abstract: A machine for dyeing and drying stocking articles and like garments comprises a vessel for containing the stocking articles to be processed, a plurality of horizontally extending perforated diaphragms within the vessel on which stocking article cakes are stacked in superimposed layers, a tubular element penetrating centrally the perforated diaphragms and extending in the vessel in an axial direction up the mouth thereof, a driven propeller within the tubular vessel, a closing cover fixed detachably to the vessel, an inlet and outlet for a processing bath, heaters for heating the bath and an inlet and outlet for drying air. The perforated diaphragms have tiltable portions for allowing loading and unloading operations.
Abstract: Pressed balls of flocked textile fibers as they are received by the dyer are inserted in a water tight container having inlet and outlet means to circulate dye liquor therethrough, the pressed ball is placed over the outlet opening for the dye which is surrounded by spacer means to space the fibers of the ball from the outlet opening. Additional means are provided to hold the ball against the spacer means. In a preferred form of the apparatus, a unit comprising a plate-like means which contains the spacer means, a central opening to which an outlet pipe is connected and the means for holding the pressed ball against the spacer means, is removable from the water-tight container.
