Abstract: A tool implement with integrated stake puller providing a working tool and a stake puller member for pulling a concrete foundation stake from the ground. A tool implement, such as a hammer, a crowbar, or a mallet, forms a primary body including a handle and a tool head being a respective hammerhead, head of a crowbar, and mallet head. A C-shaped stake puller member is disposed in one of a first position and a second position on the handle and, alternately in a third position on the tool head depending on the type of tool head. Each stake puller member has a puller mouth including a smooth-surfaced inner side, concave top and bottom sections disposed on opposite sides of the inner side, and disposed on each of the top section and the bottom section in a position parallel to each other and perpendicular to the respective handle and alternately tool head.

Abstract: A tactical entry tool for creating an entry point through a building structure is provided. The tool includes a shaft portion including a shaft, and a head portion attached to a first end of the shaft. The head portion includes two heads, with each head including a head shaft extending from the shaft to form a ‘Y’ shaped structure and a break head portion attached to the head shaft at an opposite end from which the head shaft is connected to the shaft. Each break head portion includes a plurality of teeth surrounding the perimeter of the break head portion and a plurality of breaker tips extending from the break head portion.

The handle can also be integrated with the shovel, ax or hatchet, and hammer as a single or unitary piece. An accessory handle or tool 20 can selectively attach to the multipurpose tool 10. Abstract: According to the present invention there is provided a combination tool with a hammer and wrench. The tool may include an elongated handle having a first and a second end and a hammer head formed substantially perpendicularly and extending from the first end of the elongated handle. The tool may further include a circumferential wrench wall formed substantially perpendicularly and extending from the first end of the elongated handle and substantially longitudinally and extending away from the hammer head. The wrench wall may include an outer wall surface and an inner wall surface, wherein the inner wall surface may have a cross-sectional perimeter shaped to define a bolt head pattern.

Abstract: According to disclosure, the hammer has a head made of striking grade steel. The handle comprises a 6-4 titanium hand grip and over strike plate insert in the handle and under the head. The head has an eye for accommodating a handle which in a preferred embodiment is made of a graphite titanium composite comprising from about 60 to 65% graphite by weight and from about 35 to 45% 6-4 titanium. The head of hammer has a claw end and a striking head. Also disclosed is a method of manufacturing the device of the disclosure comprising using one or more bladder compressed carbon fiber processes to anneal the graphite, titanium and steel components of the hammer.

Abstract: A multi-accessory hammer is provided having an rapid release accessory change mechanism that includes a housing mounted to the butt end of a hammer and having an opening therein. A resilient means such as a spring is mounted within the housing, and an accessory locking device is mounted over the spring. One end of this locking device extends through the opening in the housing and is capable of rapidly hooking onto an accessory. The locking device also has a side arm extending along the exterior of housing and is capable of urging the locking device against the resilient means to allow unhooking of the accessory from the locking device.

Abstract: A manhole cover extractor for loosening and lifting a cover by using rods in slots in the top of the cover or drain holes in the cover, the extractor having an elongated head with one end shaped as a sledge hammer and the other end shaped as a tapered, curved arm having a rounded bottom with a pointed pry tip. The curvature of the arm is along a tangent to the bottom center of the arm to position the pry tip under a rod or in a drain hole to engage the bottom of the cover. Serration's on the top of the arm to seat a rod in the slot or a drain hole. A hole in the center of the head receives a handle for swinging the sledge hammer to loosen the cover and to act as a lever for the pry tip when the handle is lifted and pulled.

Abstract: A new and improved multipurpose hand-held tool, especially adapted to be used by rescue workers to extract victims from damaged motor vehicles, includes a handle, a head, a foot, and a saw blade that projects from the bottom of the foot. The head is connected to the handle and includes a first head end, a middle head portion, and a second head end. The foot, which is connected to the handle, includes a first foot end, a middle foot portion, a second foot end, and a bottom side. In a first embodiment, a first cutter, which is pyramidal shaped, is connected to the first head end and has a sharp, pointed edge. A second cutter is connected to the second head end and has a long, flat, axe blade. The first foot end includes a pointed hook edge, especially adapted for prying; and the second foot end includes a hammer head. In a second embodiment, a hammer head is connected to the first head end; and an axe head cutter is connected to the second head end.

Abstract: A combination hammer and casement window opening and closing mechanism operator for use by a framing carpenter includes a head unit having two impact surfaces and a socket in the handle. The socket is used to operate the crank of a casement window opening and closing mechanism, and one of the two impact surfaces is used when the hammer must be used in small, confined areas.

Abstract: The tool includes an elongate handle one end of which tapers into a wedge shape useful for prying. The other end of the elongate handle includes an arcuate portion with inwardly angled projections creating a spanner wrench for use with hose couplings. One side of the arcuate portion includes a cylindrical member with a flat face suited for a hammering operation. The other end of the arcuate portion includes claw members diverging from a narrow portion proximal the arcuate member and cooperates with the arcuate member in a prying operation. A pin member extends in a plane perpendicular to the plane formed by the elongate handle and the arcuate member and is located for use in removing hinge pins from doors.
