A tool implement, such as a hammer, a crowbar, or a mallet, forms a primary body including a handle and a tool head being a respective hammerhead, head of a crowbar, and mallet head. A C-shaped stake puller member is disposed in one of a first position and a second position on the handle and, alternately in a third position on the tool head depending on the type of tool head. Each stake puller member has a puller mouth including a smooth-surfaced inner side, concave top and bottom sections disposed on opposite sides of the inner side, and disposed on each of the top section and the bottom section in a position parallel to each other and perpendicular to the respective handle and alternately tool head.

    Abstract: According to disclosure, the hammer has a head made of striking grade steel. The handle comprises a 6-4 titanium hand grip and over strike plate insert in the handle and under the head. The head has an eye for accommodating a handle which in a preferred embodiment is made of a graphite titanium composite comprising from about 60 to 65% graphite by weight and from about 35 to 45% 6-4 titanium. The head of hammer has a claw end and a striking head. Also disclosed is a method of manufacturing the device of the disclosure comprising using one or more bladder compressed carbon fiber processes to anneal the graphite, titanium and steel components of the hammer.

The curvature of the arm is along a tangent to the bottom center of the arm to position the pry tip under a rod or in a drain hole to engage the bottom of the cover. Serration's on the top of the arm to seat a rod in the slot or a drain hole. A hole in the center of the head receives a handle for swinging the sledge hammer to loosen the cover and to act as a lever for the pry tip when the handle is lifted and pulled.
