The method includes: obtaining a verification request from a first device for an account operation requested by a user using a first account; identifying, from the server system, usage history data associated with the first account, including data regarding usage of the first account on the first device; determining, in accordance with the data regarding the usage of the first account on the first device and one or more predetermined usage history criteria, whether the account operation associated with the first account on the first device is safe; and in accordance with a determination that the account operation associated with the first account on the first device is not safe, initiating a verification process based on a second device that qualifies as being safe for the account operation.

The cork extractor device can include a rotationally projected component to forcibly displace a removed cork from the needle.

By placing the movable inner cylindrical member on a bottle mouth and pushing down the cylindrical main body, a lower end of a hooking member is engaged with a lower end of the crown cap to pry the crown cap away. At the same time, the movable outer cylindrical member is moved up and a piston inside a cylinder arranged in an upper half of the cylindrical main body is moved up with the movable outer cylindrical member, so that the air in the cylinder is compressed, and a cover member is brought out in by the compressed air.

Abstract: A corkscrew having a handle attached to a threaded screw shaft member is described. The screw shaft member includes threads designed to insert into a cork when the handle is twisted. The threaded screw shaft member also includes an air channel having a top opening located near the handle and a bottom opening located near a distal end of the threaded screw shaft member such that when the corkscrew is inserted into a cork, the bottom opening and top opening create an equalized pressure through the air channel such that the inside of the cork experiences the same pressure as the outside of the bottle and thereby eliminating a vacuum that is created when the cork is removed from the neck of the bottle.

There is a spiral corkscrew inserted longitudinally within the main body member. The corkscrew is rotatably secured with a handle located at the upper open end of the main body member. There is a collar slidably set around the main body member. When the collar is slid towards the lower open end, the collar compresses each of said fingers together to align said individual elongated blades into one continuous circular blade.

Abstract: The present invention relates to devices and methods for removing a stop from a bottle. In certain embodiments of the present invention, a stabilizer is provided to prevent the stop from being pushed into the bottle and insert members are provided for removing the stop without the outside of the stop adhering to the inner wall of the bottle. Such embodiments allow, among other things, removal of the stop from the bottle without destruction or partial destruction of the stop, as is sometimes the case with conventional corkscrews, yet without the risk of pushing the stop into the bottle as is sometimes the case with non-corkscrew bottle stop removers.

The head is receivable by the cavity in the opposite direction, having their screw threads inter-engaged, for storing the corkscrew in the cavity.

Abstract: A cork extracting device includes a bifurcated body defining a pair of depending legs. Circumferentially spaced ribs project laterally from each leg to define guide surfaces for an extracted cork, the lower ends of the ribs defining two different-sized bottle neck seats. An oblong handle with an elastomeric covering is fixed to one end of a worm which extends through a collar in the upper end of the body and downwardly between the legs. Flexible and resilient fingers are cut from each leg and respectively carry foil cutters, the fingers being manually depressible to engage the cutters with a bottle neck foil for cutting the foil in response to rotation of the body about the bottle neck.

A handle, pivotally attached at a pivot to the body adjacent to the first end of the body also has an axis joint disposed adjacent to the pivot. A ratchet claw, with a claw end, is pivotally disposed on the axis joint and biased so that the claw end engages the teeth on the rack. The handle acts as a first-class lever when activated about the pivot to gradually push the rack toward the first end of the body through progressive engagement between the ratchet claw and the teeth on the rack.
