A cross slide with a plurality of bolts and at least one other slide are coupled to the safe door such that turning that handle of the safe door causes movement of the cross slide and at least one other slide from a first position to a second position, allowing the safe door to be opened. The safe door can be unlocked by unlocking either the first lock or the second lock, which causes the second lock tongue to retract from blocking the at least one slide.

    Abstract: A code changing mechanism for a mechanical combination lock, comprises function keys; two rows of code number keys on the lock body; a code-changing rack; an intermediate gear; a code-changing lock core with keyhole; and gear modules connected with each code number key, each gear module comprises a code-changing gear and controlling chip. There is a groove for resetting code provided on the gear; the chip inserted in the groove forming a code reset site; a code free site provided between the chip and gear; a left and a right straight rack; and the rack engages with a corresponding row of code-changing gears. The lock core coaxially connects with the intermediate gear, the intermediate gear engages with two opposing code-changing gears thereof. A movable sheet is under each of the keys. The code is changeable without disassembling any component, making the mechanism convenient, swift, flexible, reliable, with robust anti-crack capability.

A rotary lock includes a dial which rotates a drive cam, which in turn rotates several wheels to their unlocking positions. One magnet for each wheel is provided on the drive cam. Each magnet communicates with one sensor provided on a master key, which also includes signals, indicating that a respective magnet is adjacent a respective sensor, thus assisting a user in recovering a lost combination.

The combination lock has a plurality of dials, a shaft passing through the dials, and a plurality of first gears disposed on one side of each dial. Each first gear further includes a missing tooth. The setting device has a plurality of second gears corresponding to the first gears and a setting shaft, wherein one end of the setting shaft passes through the second gears and the other end is connected to the activation device. When the activation device is activated, the second gears are driven to rotate the first gears, so that when each second gear runs free with the missing tooth of each first gear, the dials are in a predetermined position. That is, by means of the activation device and the setting device, the dials of the combination lock can automatically return to the predetermined position after opening or closing the lock.
