Abstract: The object of the invention is to provide a novel padlock, which can be used like a normal padlock and also in objects and situations, for which known padlocks are not suitable. A padlock according to the invention comprises two bodies (1, 3), between which is a shackle portion (2). The shackle portion consists of two pins (2A, 2B). Both bodies are to be locked into the shackle portion. The locking of the padlock can be opened and also locked with the key of one or the other of the bodies. In this case, one key can be a key that is normally in use and the other key is less often used.

Abstract: An apparatus for eliminating misaligned rows when securing edges of knitted panels together by securing edges of a pair of panels being darned. The apparatus comprises a first member and a second member each having a handle portion on a first end and a jaw portion on an opposite end. A securing means engaging such first member and such second member intermediate each end thereof for securing such second member to such first member. An aperture is formed through a jaw portion of one of first member and second member and a post member extends outwardly from an inner surface of an opposite one of first member and second member. The post member is disposed to extend through the aperture for securing the panels. A biasing means is engageable with the handle portion of such first member and such second member for biasing the apparatus in a closed position.

Abstract: A locking device (1) includes a first clip member (20) and a second clip member (40). The first and second clip members (20, 40) include a first and second clip base (21, 41), respectively. A first jaw (22) extends outwardly from the first clip base (21) whereas a second jaw (42) extends outwardly from the second clip base (41). The first and second clip members (20, 40) are connected together so that they may move with respect to each other between a closed position and an open position. In the closed position, the first and second jaws (22, 42) cooperate to form a locking loop (6). The locking loop (6) is adapted to fit through and lock with a locking feature (32) on an object to be secured. When the first and second clip members (20, 40) are moved to the open position, the first and second jaws (22, 42) are separated by an opening.

Abstract: A padlock for maintaining at least two hasps in engagement, including a two-part metal housing including first and second housing portions which are mutually hinged together so as to be pivotable between a mutually open orientation and a mutually closed orientation and a key-operated locking mechanism for selectably locking the first and second housing portions in the mutually closed orientation, the first and second housing portions each including hasp enclosing portions which are operative when the first and second housing portions are in the mutually closed orientation to maintain the hasps in engagement and to prevent disengagement of the first and second housing portions therefrom and when the first and second housing portions are in the mutually open orientation to permit disengagement of the first and second housing portions from the hasps and to allow the hasps to be disengaged.
