Each of the light-enabled facilities comprises a controller that is communicatively coupled to one or more lighting devices in a network of lighting devices. The method further includes receiving a light operation request comprising a selected one of the light-enabled facilities and a scene from the electronic device, and transmitting the light operation request to cause the controller to activate at least one lighting device at the selected light-enabled facility according to the scene to the controller at the selected light-enabled facility.

When the threshold level of rain is received, the sprinkler controller receives the rain signal during a saturation window of the rain sensor and varies the watering schedule based on rain detected by the rain sensor, where the variation to the watering schedule occurs outside of the saturation window of the rain sensor.

The first node may activate a first port of the first node, where the first port was previously inactive before being activated. The first node may assign a first port address to the first port, wherein the first port address is the same as the second port address.

    Abstract: A bowling lane maintenance machine is provided with separate reservoirs for constituent conditioning components to allow separate storage of the conditioning components and mixing of the conditioning components just prior to application to a surface of the bowling lane. One conditioning component may be a polar component such as a polyethylene glycol and another conditioning component may be a non-polar component such as a mineral oil based product. Separate reservoirs for constituent cleaning components are also provided so that the cleaning components may also be stored separately and then mixed together just prior to application to the bowling lane surface. Primary and secondary drive wheels are positioned on opposite sides of the machine forwardly of a conditioner application roller in the intended forward direction of travel of the machine so that they do not leave “tracks” on the conditioner after its application on the bowling lane.

Device specific information for the selected user media device is then used to determine whether the selected user media device is authorized to perform the requested action. The device specific information is also used to translate the first instruction data structure into a second instruction data structure. The second instruction data structure is then transmitted to the selected user media device and causes the selected user media device to perform the requested action.
