One embodiment is a method for proving digital audio services, comprising receiving, using a communications interface, an audio stream from a content provider; determining a timestamp for a first audio stream segment; determining a timestamp for a second audio stream segment; updating playlist with a representation of the audio stream; receiving query for content information; and sending offer information, in response to receiving the query for content information.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and apparatus are disclosed for providing instant rebates before a transaction is completed. This involves ingest of customer and rebate data from two or more utilities, where the data is parsed and normalized into a standard format across all of the utilities. The customer data is then stored in an accounts database, while the rebate data is further processed along with utility rebate rules to determine a set of device and demand response rebate eligibilities for a variety of scenarios. The resulting rebate profiles can be stored in a rebates database and linked to corresponding customer account data in the accounts database. Third-party frontends can then request rebate eligibility based on a customer identifier and retail channel, and various services can work in tandem to query the rebated database and return a set of eligibilities with so little latency that the eligibility check appears instant from a customer's standpoint.

Abstract: A digital promotion processing system may include a shopper device associated with a given shopper, and a promotion processing server. The server may obtain product purchase data associated with the given shopper, and generate digital promotions based upon the product purchase data, each of the plurality of digital promotions being redeemable for a corresponding product for purchase. The server may also cooperate with the shopper device to display at least two of the digital promotions as a single combined digital promotion for corresponding complementary products for purchase and having associated therewith a single input for clipping the single combined digital promotion to a digital wallet. The server may also cooperate with the shopper device to display at least one other of the digital promotions and with an associated input for clipping of the corresponding digital promotion to the digital wallet associated with the given shopper.

Abstract: A system and method for dynamically displaying a digital representation of one or more recommended print products on a user interface of a computing device is provided. The method comprises providing a digital representation of each of a plurality of print products stored in a computer memory, wherein the plurality of print products are categorized into at least one of a plurality of print product groups that include a first print product group; identifying a geographic location or a time of year; selecting the first print product group using the processor of the computing device, wherein the first print product group is selected based on the identified geographic location or time of year; and displaying the digital representations corresponding to at least one of the plurality of print products included within the first print product group on the user interface. Abstract: Generating and applying a prediction model based on blockchain data is disclosed. Based on blockchain data related to historical invoices, a prediction model is generated using machine learning. The prediction model is used to generate a recommendation for a particular entity to obtain a target funding amount by a target funding date. The prediction model is applied to the particular entity's outstanding invoices. Based on blockchain data related to the outstanding invoices, the prediction model determines a predicted cost that the particular entity would incur in obtaining funding, by the target funding date, using each outstanding invoice. A funding type to be used for each invoice is also identified. Invoices are selected based on the predicted costs. An interface presents the recommendation to use the selected invoices to obtain the target funding amount by the target funding date.

One such system includes: (a) a central server; (b) wireless transceivers coupled to the central server at different locations within each of multiple different retail shopping sites; and (c) handheld wireless devices, carried by customers at such retail shopping sites and in wireless communication with such wireless transceivers. Each of the handheld wireless devices is configured with a user interface that allows a customer to designate a user-interface element to request a customer-service session. Upon designation of the user-interface element on one of such handheld wireless devices, the request is forwarded to the central server. The central server establishes a two-way real-time communication link between the handheld wireless device and a customer-service representative.

The solving step performs a current search for at least one journey plan that satisfies the request by accessing a database storing journey planning information derived from results to a plurality of previous requests. The solving step stores, in the database, information discovered during the current search for responding to a subsequent request. The information discovered during the current search for responding to the request includes a reusable portion of a search graph, pairs of a state and a lower bound on a best arrival time and pairs of a state and an exact value for the arrival time. The lower bound is employed to increase an accuracy of a pre-computer heuristic function which guides the search based on state dominance in search spaces in which heuristic values are back propagated and stored in the database.

Abstract: A system and method of automating payment processing is disclosed. Payment documents can be processed using an array of tools including artificial intelligence integrated with the end-user's own ERP architecture. The proposed implementations maintain a logical segregation of the documents, which may include the processing of receipts, validation of documents against ERP information, tax analysis, posting of documents, as well as real-time monitoring and support of settlement and accounts payable operations. Embodiments of this approach utilize enhanced optical character recognition (OCR) techniques in conjunction with robotic process automation (RPA) and Machine Learning to produce a platform capable of enabling these processes to run end-to-end with little to no human intervention or error.

The system may evaluate text extracted from a captured image utilizing machine learning processing to classify an image type for the captured image, and select an optical character recognition model based on the classified image type. They system may compare a data value extracted from the recognized text for a particular data type with an associated online account data value for the particular data type to evaluate whether to automatically execute an action associated with the online account linked to the image based on the data value comparison.

The system may transmit the available offer to a user device. In response to the user device accepting the offer, the system may enroll the user for the offer at an issuer system, to enable the offer to be applied during processing of the associated transaction.
