Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for automatically creating large numbers of aggregate creative forms, in accordance with corresponding definitions, each aggregate creative form containing one or more groupings of zero or more subcreatives. The aggregate creative definition may comprise a template, software program or data file. Rotation is provided at two levels: the subcreatives may change within the aggregate creative forms and the aggregate creative as a whole may share a page location with other advertisements. Constraints may be applied to control which subcreatives appear concurrently. Aggregate creative definitions are reusable, subcreatives may be targeted narrowly or generally, and formatting considerations are applied. Methods and systems are provided for serving aggregate creatives over the Internet which take advantage of the benefits and features of the Internet to deliver those creatives in accordance with the capabilities of a standard advertising system.

Abstract: Systems, computer-implemented methods and computer-storage media are provided for presenting customizable advertisements to a user. Advertising is customized through the use of user-specific or user-relevant data. Items such as keywords, profile data, and application data are received and are then used to retrieve customizations. These customizations are stored by a server or group of servers that the vendor makes available to the advertising provider. Items that could further identify adaptations desirable for advertising, such as a user profile, may be sent to the vendor's server as well. The adaptations take forms that include pictures, text, graphics, links, audio, and video files. Systems that comprise an advertising server, a vendor server, and a client application used for completing the above method, as well as computer-readable media necessary at each device to accomplish the customizations, are also described.

  • Publication number: 20100023393
Abstract: A method for automatically creating personalized ads to target a specific individual. The method includes first identifying a potential customer who may be interested in a particular product. An automated process then learns about and understands the customer based on his location and how that person interacts with the particular medium on which the ad is going to be presented. Once the information about the customer is developed, an advertisement is created that includes a collection of ad components that identify parts of the ad that may be of interest to the customer based on the learned information. The ad components are selected from a database of available components. The advertisement is then scheduled and placed in the medium and its measure of effectiveness is determined based on the customer's reaction thereto. These measures of effectiveness are used to further refine parameters in understanding the customer and designing the ad.

  • Patent number: 7653381
Abstract: A method includes transmitting an object ID containing message from a mobile communication terminal via the network of the Global System for Mobile Communications through a mobile network operator equipment and by means of the Internet network to a server. At least one word is used as an object ID containing message transmitted from a mobile communication terminal. When searching for an object ID in the database the server compares the word with domain names. If the user of a mobile communication terminal finds a matching domain name, the server transmits a subscriber's phone number to him. Then, the mobile communication terminal initiates connection to that phone number by making a voice call to the subscriber's phone number. The method enables to expand functional capabilities, speed up search, decrease volumes of information transmitted, reduce load on telecommunications networks and their equipment.
