Based on the geographic location of the user and the transport request, one or more physical performance entities configured to transmit alimentary components aligning with the transport request are identified, and the transport request is transmitted to the client device based on a determination by the at least a server that the one or more physical performance entities include an ability to execute the transport request.

Abstract: A gratuity analytics computing system, for generating gratuity analytics for a plurality of transactions of a customer at a service provider within a date range, is in communication with an electronic device of the service provider over an electronic network. The system includes a gratuity analytics computing device, a database including a memory in operable electronic communication with the gratuity analytics computing device, and a processor configured to: receive transaction data for the plurality of customer transactions occurring within the date range, match a plurality of authorization messages with a respective plurality of clearing messages, generate gratuity analytics for the plurality of customer transactions over the date range based on average tip data from the customer, and calculate a customer satisfaction score for one customer transaction of the plurality of customer transactions based on the generated gratuity analytics.

Temperature and humidity readings are obtained from one or more stationary sensors monitoring a food storage environment. Task completion data, temperature data, and humidity data are sent to a server.

Abstract: A system is provided for interpretable viewing interest. A transformer with multi-head self-attention derives different hierarchical orders of input features. Hierarchical attention layers (i) aggregate the different hierarchical orders to obtain aggregated single-order feature representations and (iii) derive aggregation attention weights for the different hierarchical orders based on an applied order of the hierarchical attention layers. An attentional scoring layer evaluates the aggregated representations to output a significance of each order with respect to various CTR predictions. A hierarchical interpretation layer determines a respective importance of each input feature in various combinations from which the various CTR predictions are derived based on the aggregation attention weights and the significance of each order.

A personalized menu of menu items selected from the standard menu is generated, where the personalized menu includes the first menu item modified with the available substitute.

Abstract: There are provided systems and methods for communication of orders and payments in a drive through using wireless beacons. A merchant location may include a drive through with a wireless beacon established in the drive through. The beacon may provide communication services with a device for the user. The merchant may detect that the user is in a vehicle in the drive through using either the connection between the device of the user and the beacon or a camera, sensor, or other detector located near the beacon in the drive through. Based on check-in information generated on the connection, an order for the user may be accessed. The user may pay for the order using the device and through the connection to the beacon. Further, if other devices for additional users in the vehicle connect to the beacon, the additional users may split the payment for the order.

A controller of the interactive assembly obtains recipe content from the recipe content providers and causes a display device of the interactive assembly to present the recipe content to the user.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for determining a move driven by an interaction. In some embodiments, a processor determines an operational state of an interaction with a user based on parameter values of a data structure. The processor identifies a plurality of candidate moves for changing the operational state by determining a domain in which the interaction is occurring, retrieving a set of candidate moves that correspond to the domain from a knowledge graph, and adding the set to the plurality of candidate moves. The processor encodes input of the user received during the interaction into encoded terms, and determines a move for changing the operational state based on a match of the encoded terms to the set of candidate moves. The processor updates the parameter values of the data structure based on the move to reflect a current operational state led to by the move.

Abstract: Provided are systems and processes for optimizing assignments of deliveries for perishable goods. In one aspect, a method is provided for pairing a set of created orders with a set of available couriers. The set of created orders may include orders confirmed by the merchant and the set of available couriers include couriers that are online with an active status. Feasible pairings are generated between each courier and each created order. Infeasible pairings are eliminated based on factors such as transportation mode. Possible routes for each pairing are generated and scored based on weighted factors. The scores are optimized to achieve a set of routes with a maximum score. The routes are then offered to the corresponding courier if the courier will arrive at or after the created order is completed by the merchant. A neural network may be implemented to recognize the optimal score for a given duration.

A handheld device of a waiter is used to automatically associate a check with a table at a restaurant and to recall and modify that check. In an embodiment, two waiters use one or more handheld devices to automatically transfer a customer's check to one another.

Abstract: A system and a method are disclosed that enable a mobile device to use an encoded tag to initiate and maintain communications with at least one remote server. The encoded tag is positioned to identify a point of interest, and in response to using the mobile device to scan the encoded tag, communications regarding the point of interest may be initiated. A single encoded tag may be used to obtain and update recorded information about the point of interest, to notify others about an issue related to the point of interest, to log into the system, and to wait to be alerted about an issue related to the point of interest. If an issue relating to a point of interest has been reported, the system and method may monitor the reported issue to ensure that an action has been taken to address the reported issue.

Abstract: A system and method of combining table management software and customer experience skills by generating profiles of patrons, servers, and restaurants and using machine learning algorithms on those profiles to build more intimate relationships between patrons, food service establishments, and food service professionals. Trait matching provides optimized matchmaking between patrons and servers who share certain commonalities while also balancing the table management operations. Machine learning algorithms may be used to identify patterns of commonality that would not otherwise be recognized. This system allows patrons to choose servers at an establishment over a plurality of electronic devices by using the cluster analysis results. It provides servers more lateral work experience between participating restaurants, and restaurants more power to operate smoothly and build highly cohesive teams.
