Abstract: Disclosed embodiments are related to Application Programming Interface (API) technologies, and in particular, to Order APIs that are used to make modifications and cancelations to existing order objects. The Order APIs can be used to retrieve the current state of an order object, retrieve the summarized state of an order object as of a specified date, and retrieve a potential state of an order object along with specified changes. The Order APIs are also used to process order changes including changes to the quantity of an existing order object and applying line item changes to an existing order object. Other embodiments may be described and/or claimed.

Abstract: Disclosed are various embodiments for an electronic search interface to identify artisan sellers. A search query is received from a client. An electronic item database is then searched to identify items that are relevant to the search query. Two or more items may be offered by each of multiple sellers. A search result listing is generated that includes one item offered by each seller with a greatest display prominence. Other items offered by the sellers may be excluded or displayed with a lesser prominence.

Abstract: Database query analysis technology, in which an input query is received that relates to multiple attribute classes of data records. An index that is descriptive of the data records in data storage is accessed and relative positions in the accessed index for the multiple attribute classes are identified. The accessed index is processed based on more than one of the multiple attribute classes and the identified relative positions, and the processed index is used to identify groups of data records that are included in the data records in the data storage and that share common values for the multiple attribute classes in the input query. Metrics corresponding to the data records included in each of the identified groups of data records are accessed, computations are performed on the accessed metrics, and a report is generated that reflects results of the computations.

Abstract: In some instances, the disclosure provides a method for generating search queries using toggle buttons associated with product categories. The method comprises causing display of a plurality of search recommendation indicia on a graphical user interface. The search recommendation indicia includes toggle buttons associated with product categories and product indicia associated with products. The method further comprises receiving user inputs for a toggle button associated with a product category and product indicia indicating selections of products, determining whether the selected products belong to the product category, generating a search query based on the product category, the selected products, and whether the selected products belongs to the product category associated with the toggle button. Then, the method comprises providing the search query to a backend server and receiving results from the search query from the backend server.

Abstract: A method for execution by a computing device of a recommendation system includes receiving, from a user computing device of the recommendation system, a selection of one or more images from one or more selectable image groups, where the user computing device is associated with a user profile. The method continues by generating, by the computing device, a personal preference profile for the user profile based upon the selection of the one or more images. The method continues by determining, by the computing device, to correlate one or more databases of items based on the personal preference profile for the user profile. The method continues by generating, by the computing device, a representation of one or more correlated items of the correlated one or more database of items for displaying on a display of the user computing device.

Abstract: A method/a system for accessing personal data using an access token server, a data server and a blockchain. The access token server generates the access rights of different users in the form of access tokens. The access token server stores an access token by transmitting it via a first transaction, to a first smart contract of the blockchain. A user can request an access authorization by transmitting a second transaction to a second smart contract that can access the token by presenting cryptographic elements to authenticate the user. A granted authorization is recorded by the second contract in the blockchain. A user may access the personal data by transmitting an access request to the data server. This interrogates the second smart contract to verify the authorization and to obtain the access token. The data server next transmits the stored personal data to a URL specified in the token.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for electronic catalog user experience improvements based on extracted item attributes. An example method includes obtaining information identifying items viewed during a user browsing session, the items being included in an electronic catalog, and the electronic catalog being organized according to a hierarchy, with the hierarchy comprising a plurality of categories. Information identifying attributes associated with the identified items is identified, and the attributes are ranked according to attribute relevance score. Items are determined for recommendation to the user based on the ranked attribute relevance scores, with the determined items being selected from items included in the electronic catalog which are also associated with a same category as the identified items.

Abstract: A system accepts event criteria for at least one ticket and at least one event; accepts price criteria for the ticket(s) and the event(s); displays an interactive graphics-based event venue map illustrating a location of all sections at a venue with at least one ticket meeting the event and price criteria; accepts section selection criteria, at least one section being selected from the interactive graphics-based event venue map; displays ticket information to allow a user to drill down to a specific ticket, cause a location of the specific ticket to be displayed in the interactive venue map; and enable a capability to utilize the interactive venue map to choose a section of interest, causing corresponding ticket information to be displayed in the web browsing language.

Abstract: A ticket purchase application is installed in a communication device to facilitate event ticket purchase. An operating system of the communication device recognizes a type of Uniform Resource Locator (URL) that indicates an entertaining or sporting event. The URL includes a unique code associated with a specific event. The operating system of the communication device may detect user interactions that trigger the URL. When the URL is triggered, the ticket purchase application may be started and the unique code in the URL may be parsed and forwarded to the ticket purchase application. The ticket purchase application uses the unique code to identify the event and searches for tickets associated with the event. The ticket purchase application may list available tickets of the event in an order based on the user's preference. Accordingly, a user may quickly find and purchase a desired ticket by clicking on an URL.

Abstract: Methods and systems are disclosed for providing approved financing in advance of a purchase to a buyer of an item, such as an automobile, and allowing the prospective buyer to maintain control over the financing throughout the sales process. According to disclosed embodiments, a financial service system configures a financing website for the buyer, and receives personal information as well as information relating to the desired item. The financial service system approves loan parameters for the buyer, and provides the user with a link to access the financing website on a mobile device while at a dealership. Financing parameters can thus be edited throughout the process until the final sales agreement, providing the buyer with confidence and flexibility in the buying process.

A set of matching images is identified from the plurality of images of the corresponding items for sale matching the at least one image of the item based on the use of the artificial intelligence running on the one or more computing devices.

Abstract: An art investment estimation system is provided that is updated to include a first sale price and date, and a second sale price and date of a plurality of repeat sale pairs of a plurality of works of art associated with an artist. The system determines one or more investment value variables derived from the first sale price and associated first sale date and the second sale price and associated second sale date for the plurality of repeat sale pairs of the plurality of works of art. The system receives, at a graphical user interface (GUI), input from a user designating weights for the investment value variables for an artist. The system determines, from the designated weights and the investment value variables, an artist investment potential value for the artist and, at the GUI, displays to the user the artist investment potential value.

Abstract: The present disclosure involves systems, software, and computer implemented methods for visual search, discovery, and attribution in e-commerce systems. One example method includes receiving an image to be used as a basis for a visual search. At least one clothing item in the image and a determined clothing type for each clothing item are identified. A highlighted image is generated that includes highlights of the identified at least one clothing item and determined clothing types. The highlighted image is provided. A selection of a selected clothing item on the highlighted image is received. In response to receiving the selection of the selected clothing item, a visual search is performed that includes searching a clothing item repository to find similar clothing items that are visually similar to the selected clothing item. Information for the similar clothing items is provided in response to the selection of the selected clothing item.

Abstract: The invention belongs to the field of computer vision technology, and provides a fully automatic natural image matting method. For image matting of a single image, it is mainly composed of the extraction of high-level semantic features and low-level structural features, the filtering of pyramid features, the extraction of spatial structure information, and the late optimization of the discriminator network. The invention can generate accurate alpha matte without any auxiliary information, saving the time for scientific researchers to mark auxiliary information and the interaction time when users use it.

Abstract: Objects detected in data may be filtered from an object recognition index. Data for object detection may be received. An object detection technique may be applied to the data to detect an object. If the object does not satisfy indexing criteria for the object recognition index, then the detected object may be excluded from the object recognition index.

If the malware analysis result indicates the first file is not a malware, requesting a key; decrypting the encrypted file using the key; and accessing the decrypted file.

In particular, a data analysis method includes: acquiring sample data; selecting discriminative features of the sample data; determining, for a target analysis item, whether it has a discriminative feature; and correlating the target analysis item with the discriminative feature in response to having the discriminative feature.

In one aspect, a method includes determining whether a query received from a user device subsequent to information provided to a user device and that defines a discourse context belongs to the discourse context. If the query belongs to the discourse context, the query is modified to take into account attributes of the discourse context.

Abstract: A statistical facility event monitor has a computer implemented event percentile meter. The event percentile meter counts the number of randomly initiated events that cause a monitored facility to consume a monitored utility over a monitored time period. The event percentile meter then calculates a cumulative distribution function for the randomly initiated events. The event percentile meter uses the cumulative distribution to determine the event percentile for the monitored facility. The event percentile meter then outputs the event percentile.

Abstract: Systems and methods for authorizing a blockchain transaction. A verification network receives a transaction request for the blockchain transaction from a payer device including a first signature generated by a first private key associated with a payer. The verification network broadcasts a verification request to verification system(s) which assess pre-agreed threshold parameters. If the parameter(s) are satisfied, at least one verification system perfects the transaction by generating a second signature using a second private key, and broadcasts the transaction to the blockchain network. If the parameter(s) are not satisfied, verification offer(s) from among the verification system(s) including the second signature(s) are used to prompt the payer device to confirm the blockchain transaction by selecting at least one of the offer(s).

Abstract: Managing of constraint-based violations in a Product Data Management (PDM) environment is provided. A method for managing constraint-based violations associated with a product in a PDM system includes obtaining a set of constraints defined for a product from a product database. Constraints that are conflicting with requirement data associated with the product are determined from the set of constraints, and the constraints are grouped into a plurality of logical groups. Each of the logical groups is associated with an independent violation. One or more solutions corresponding to each independent violation are computed based on the logical groups, and conflicts between the constraints and the requirement data corresponding to each independent violation based on the corresponding one or more solutions are resolved.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for receiving, from a client device, a first input that provides a current address associated with a user; receiving, from the client device, a second user input that identifies a target location; and searching a real-estate database to identify a real-estate property associated with the current address. The system can also include a recommendation engine designed to determine a probability that a product is relevant to a user based on a user profile. In another embodiment, the probability that a product is relevant to a user may be determined based in part on a frequency of interactions with a product and a time of interaction with the products.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed which facilitate providing a marketplace for acquisition of service images to be executed in a hosted computing environment. Service image providers submit service images for inclusion in the service image marketplace. Providers may further specify pricing and usage conditions associated with the service images. Customers browse and select service images for hosting on either the marketplace hosted computing environment, or an alternate hosted computing environment. If necessary, customers may submit payment information. The service image marketplace may monitor usage of hosted service images and bill customers according to use.

Abstract: A user-centric management application system and method for a security system that conceptualizes the security devices and the tasks to perform on the security devices as separate objects with common properties and behavior. Operators of the system create abstract containers, called dockviews, which the operator adds objects to in order to perform specific tasks. Because the operator assigns user access to dockviews and objects, the system tailors system access for both application users and tenants of the security system based on policy objectives. Dockviews have the ability to open in separate application windows to support priority display and isolation of critical management tasks. The system provides integrated user administration, event management and reports capability, a consistent “look and feel,” and system-wide automated event notification via a watchlist window.

Abstract: Methods, systems, apparatus, and computer program products are provided. In an example embodiment, a communication comprising form fields is received. A form field corresponding to first item information for a first item is identified. A textual item description for the first item is extracted from the form field. A code schedule is accessed and one or more codes are determined for the first item based on the textual item description and the code schedule. An item database is queried to identify second items that are relevant to the first item and a confidence level for each of the codes is determined based on the relevant second items. If a confidence level corresponding to one of the codes is greater than a configurable confidence level, a first code is selected from the codes. An item database is updated to reflect the first code being assigned to the first item.

Abstract: An improved user interface in which related items are grouped intuitively, and ultimately results in the number of navigational steps performed by the user to identify desired related items being reduced, is described herein. For example, instead of having a user interface display a single view that includes all related items, a recommendation system groups the related items based on their respective attribute values and produces data that results in a user interface that displays the related items in these groups. The recommendation system generates labels for these groups such that a user can clearly identify what types of related items are included therein. Thus, a user would not have to browse through a single list of related items ordered in an unfamiliar manner. Rather, a user can browse through smaller subsets of related items, and only in those groups that correspond with attribute values of interest to the user.

Abstract: Embodiments of methods, systems, and storage media associated with height-based item retrieval are described. A product demand determination system (“PDS”) may receive an indication of a product which a customer may desire to purchase. If the product is not available for purchase, the PDS may request information about the desired product. The PDS may then generate a product demand page which may allow customers to provide feedback as to whether the desired product should be sold. The PDS may also determine, based in part on the feedback, whether the e-commerce system should provide the desired product for sale based on various market considerations. Additionally, the PDS may be configured to receive seller information from one or more sellers who may wish to sell the desired product or service. Other embodiments may be described and/or claimed.

Abstract: A merchant system including an order management application and method of integrating orders received from multiple ordering channels is described. An aggregated order queue is established including multiple orders from multiple different ordering channels. The orders are processed for fulfillment and a delivery channel is selected from multiple delivery channels for delivery of the one or more items of the order. The multiple orders, regardless of the ordering channel originating the order, and delivery channels may be managed via a single user interface.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for generating search data for items in an e-procurement system is provided. In various embodiments, a digital image is created or selected and data comprising search key data is generated based on the digital image. In various embodiments, the search key data is sent to a search repository listing items in an e-procurement system. In various embodiments, search data is sorted according to received search key data to present search results relating to items corresponding to the digital image.
