Abstract: Provided is a customer facing risk ratio for trading desks that deal primarily in derivatives in order to determine conformance with government regulations as it relates to financial entities. The customer facing risk ratio is a metric that measures customer facing risk exposure for trading desks of the financial entity. The metric may be utilized to determine conformance to various regulations as it relates to derivative transactions. The customer facing risk ratio may be utilized to measure the proportion of customer facing risk exposure compared to the total risk exposure for each trading desk of a financial entity.

Abstract: Methods and systems for synchronizing product information with one or more channels may include a synchronization engine that may receive, for each storefront of a plurality of storefronts, product information for products and selected channels for the products. The synchronization engine may translate, for each selected channel, relevant product information to a translated product format for each respective selected channel and determine error data relating to the translated product formats. An analysis of error data may be performed, with a recommendation for preventing future synchronization errors for one or more storefronts with a particular channel based on the analysis.

In one implementation, a wearable apparatus for storing the information is provided comprising a wearable image sensor configured to capture a plurality of images from the environment of the user, and at least one processing device programmed to process the images. The processing device may detect the hand of the user, and an object associated with the user's hand. The processing device may proceed to store information related to the object. Consistent with disclosed embodiments, the stored information may be used for various purposes, such as warning the user of dangers, catering advertising to the user, and helping the user find objects when they are lost.

Thereafter, the timer switch opens to prohibit further flow of electricity to the receptacles until additional currency is deposited or credited to the electrical distribution center. The electrical distribution center may be connected to an electrical grid or include an electricity generating source such as a solar panel and associated control circuitry.

The client device receives a selection of a product from a user and displays extended information about the product in an extended product page near the product. The extended information includes a template with images of the product and advertising copy for the product to provide a compelling, magazine-like view of the product. The user may add the product to a bag that provides a staging area for a group of products prior to purchase. The user may visit additional retailers and add products from those retailers to the bag that provides a unified view of the products from across the various retailers. When a user is ready to purchase the products in the bag, a purchase flow is initiated at each online retailer for the products at that retailer.

Abstract: Various examples for performing an intelligent verification of a user interface to be rendered or otherwise presented, for instance, in a display of a client device are described. A web server can simulate, for at least one of a plurality of geographic locations, a rendering of a web page using hypertext markup language (HTML) for various geographic locations, where the rendering of the web page is simulated using a corresponding language. The web server can identify an anomaly in at least a portion of the web page as rendered based on a user interface verification rule stored in a data store. The web server can perform a remedial action based at least in part on a type of the anomaly identified.

Abstract: A system and method utilizing a mass user gaze fixation behavior with respect to products and product racks (using a camera-based inputs and gaze-tracking algorithms) and a financial profitability of each product/product type; generates gaze-based heat maps for indicating blind spots and eye gaze points at different positions of the racks/shelves and indicating product placement positions on the heat map; and advises product placement in the retail store for optimizing financial profitability by performing an iterative refinement of product placements over a period for the product/similar products. The system translates mass eye gaze of retail store customers into financial profitability via product placement optimization, and iteratively runs a method to optimize product placements, and generate gaze-based heat maps and perform blind spot analysis for avoiding product placements at certain locations and placing products at other locations, e.g., by running a decision module on consumer gaze pattern data.

Abstract: Exemplary embodiments of the present application provide a packing system for an order fulfillment process. The packing system may include a scanner for scanning a barcode to retrieve a product identifier that is used to look up an order in a package database. A packager may package the product and a scale may weigh the packaged product. Using the weight from the scale and the order information from the package database, postage information for the packaged product may be retrieved from a postage database. One or more labels for the product may be printed based on the postage information and the order information, and the labels may be affixed to the packaged product. A workstation may display an interface providing an overview of the process, a time required to perform the steps in the process, and any errors associated with steps in the process.

Abstract: A system provides free streaming video playback which enables video hosting website operators and content providers to obtain revenue. The system includes a tipping module that operates in accordance with this streaming playback operation without obstructing the abovementioned free streaming video playback. When a user who is the content provider has activated a setting in a settings interface whereby a specific number of two or more rewards is offered in response to a tip, the tip processing module verifies whether an amount set by the user who is the content consumer, or a default amount, is equal to or greater than a minimum tip amount set by the user who is the content provider when processing payment of the tip, and otherwise processes payment of the tip according to the amount entered by the user who is the content consumer, or the default amount, without verifying the minimum tip amount.

The method mainly includes monitoring a notification message of an application through an interface of an auxiliary function of an operating system of a smart electronic device; and in response to detecting that the notification message includes a predefined keyword, performing corresponding processing on the notification message that includes the predefined keyword according to a processing method corresponding to the predefined keyword. The technical solutions of the present disclosure can perform different processing for different notification messages, enriching processing methods of notification messages, while preventing the notification messages from interrupting users, thus improving the degree of intelligentization of processing of the notification messages.

Abstract: A method for authentication using location correlation is disclosed. The method includes determining geographic zones and zone identifiers associated with a location of a mobile communication device. Later, transaction data is received and a zone identifier is determined from that transaction data. If the zone identifier matches one of the previously determined zone identifiers, then a match indicator is sent to an authorizing entity computer system or the transaction may be allowed to proceed.

Abstract: A computer network for facilitating engagement between consumers present at a premises and agents is disclosed. The network comprises touchscreen computers with cameras and configured to communicate with an agent computer and send a continuous uplink video stream to the agent computer. Activation of a button sends a notification to the agent computer comprising a camera and configured to continuously and simultaneously display multiple uplink video streams from the touchscreen computers and receive the notification of activation. The agent computer displays a graphical indication of the notification of activation associated with the video stream received from that touchscreen computer and detection of a selection captures a video stream by the camera of the agent computer and establishes a video channel with the touchscreen computer to send the captured video stream as a downlink video stream from the agent computer to that selected touchscreen computer.

An image segment that includes a representation of the encompassed portion of the displayed information is generated and processed to determine an object represented in the portion of the displayed information. Additional images with visually similar representations of objects are then determined and presented to the user.

Abstract: A server system includes a processing circuit comprising a processor and memory. The memory is structured to store instructions that are executable by the processor and cause the processing circuit to receive a payment amount for a transaction of the customer, determine an amount of customer financial rewards available in a customer financial rewards account to fund the payment amount, generate selectable payment options for the payment amount based on the amount of customer financial rewards, transmit the selectable payment options to a customer communication device associated with the customer, and receive a customer selection of at least one of the selectable payment options from the customer communication device. The search head leader may determine the first journal entry references a parent commit journal entry matching a latest commit journal entry in a journal stored in a local data store of the search head leader. The first journal entry can be stored in the journal. A configuration file in the local data store of the search head leader may be updated to include the first journal entry. A communication indicating the updating of the configuration file can be sent to the first search head.

The device may generate a first mapping between the file name and the content provider, and may record the first mapping to a ledger system. The device may maintain a second mapping of an identifier of a portion of the ledger system, in which the first mapping was recorded, to the content provider, and may use this second mapping to retrieve the information from the file upon an authorized request.

Abstract: A cloud scraping system using pre-scraped big data includes an information providing server which, when receiving a scraping request from a user terminal, provides the user terminal with response information to the received scraping request, and a big data storage which stores pre-scraped information, wherein when the scraping request is about static information, the information providing server acquires the response information using the pre-scraped information. According to the above cloud scraping system using pre-scraped big data, there is an advantage that it is possible to quickly respond to a scraping request from the user terminal afterwards by pre-scraping and storing static information in the big data storage. Additionally, it is possible to improve the scraping server operation efficiency by making a proper use of a single or multi-processing scraping server based on policy information of a scraping target external institution.

Abstract: Described herein are methods and system for electronic workflow management having a central server that periodically scans data accessible to multiple computers and data interacted with by different users to generate a nodal data structure comprising of interrelated nodes where each node corresponds to a workflow component, such as files, messages, tasks, and the like. The server then executes various analytical protocols to identify and link/merge nodes corresponding to related content. Upon receiving a set of notifications for a user, the server augments the notifications with data retrieved/derived from the nodal data structure. The server then prioritizes outputting the notifications based on their respective contextualized data and/or based on attributes received from the user.

Abstract: Systems for delivery management are provided. According to one embodiment, the system includes a manifest component configured to aggregate a plurality of items into a manifest, an identifier component configured to identify respective items within the aggregated plurality of items using the manifest, a tracking component configured to calculate a delivery route and track the plurality of items during a plurality of delivery events, and an inspection component configured to require inspection of the respective items at each of the plurality of delivery events. The delivery systems can ensure quality and manage connections between distributors and manufacturers by incorporating required checks through each step of a delivery (e.g., pick up, freight aggregation, line shipping, local shipping, etc.). Inspections at delivery transitions can be required and include each time a good (e.g., an item) is moved on or off a delivery truck, and transitions between delivery areas within specific location.

One exemplary method includes receiving, at a computing device, an AR search request from a user where the AR search request includes a search criteria and a location. The computing device then searches in a memory for at least one entity consistent with the search criteria and the location. In turn, the computing device returns an AR search response to the user, at an application of a communication device associated with the user. The AR search response includes an AR quotient indicative of a level of an AR experience at the at least one entity, thereby permitting the user to identify the level of the AR experience at the at least one entity prior to deciding to visit the at least one entity.

A PIAR management application receives a PIAR restriction via an authenticated user of the PIAR management application. The PIAR restriction identifies functionality of the PIAR management application that would otherwise be available to a user of the PIAR management application if the user had an active account for a particular plug-in application that, once linked to that user in the PIAR management application and associated with a particular PIAR, would be capable of supplying at least part of the functionality. The PIAR management application stores the PIAR restriction, including information to block the restricted functionality. Based on the PIAR restriction, the PIAR management application blocks the restricted functionality. Many different types of functionality may be restricted, in various ways.

Abstract: Various exemplary methods and devices for product dispenser electronic communication with a mobile device are provided. In general, a mobile device can request a secure connection with a product dispenser detected in the proximity of the mobile device. The mobile device can transmit request data to a network cloud server to authorize a mobile payment application executed on the mobile device, and can receive response data from the network cloud server indicating that the payment application has been authorized to process a payment for a product dispensable from the product dispenser. The mobile device and the product dispenser establish a secure connection using a secure key included in the response data, regardless of whether or not the product dispenser has established a connection with a network cloud server.
