Abstract: Systems and methods for video conference content auto-retrieval and focus based on learned relevance is provided. In accordance with the systems and methods, audio streams and video streams from client devices participating in a video conference are received. Based on the audio streams, a subject being discussed during the video conference at a point in time is determined. A video stream that is most relevant to the subject being discussed during the video conference at the point in time is determined from the video streams. The determined video stream is provided to the client devices for presentation on the client devices while the subject is being discussed during the video conference.

The inference model creating processor 153 creates an inference model by applying machine learning with training data that includes at least the generated virtual image set to a neural network. The inference model created is used to identify data of a building material from data acquired by measuring a building.

Abstract: A conferencing system transmits a first graphical output associated with a conference to a client device for display without requiring the client device to connect to the conference. Prior to the client device connecting to the conference, the conferencing system receives a request for participant information of the conference. The conferencing system determines the participant information based on the request. The conferencing system transmits a second graphical output to the client device to display the participant information on a display of the client device.

Abstract: The present invention allows text analysis and routing of an outgoing message. The system intercepts outgoing messages for analysis by a TAS software module. The module assigns an analytical score to the message, then compares the score to a threshold. If the score is below the threshold, the message is transmitted to its ultimate destination. If not, the message may be routed for correction by the message's composer or quality assurance staff. After such correction, the message new analytical score is generated and compared, and, if necessary, the process repeats again.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems and methods for tracking and managing location information for automobile assets. By affixing passive transmitter tags with unique identification information to automobile assets, location information may be associated with designated areas and/or location information by scanning the passive transmitter tags at various scan points. The location and automobile asset information may be stored, read, and updated in a centralized cloud database platform, accessible at varying levels to suppliers, manufacturers, shippers, and others.

Abstract: A method of confirming receipt, including iteratively capturing by a receiving device visual codes in a series of visual codes displayed on a sending device. A corresponding captured visual code being from a display block that resulted from a partition of an original data file into display blocks, and wherein each display block is converted to a corresponding string and header including an ordered identifying display block number and a total count of the display blocks. Each corresponding string is converted to a corresponding visual code. Each of the captured visual codes is converted into a corresponding string and a header is read for the corresponding string. Captured display blocks are determined. A confirmation message is generated including information indicating which display blocks have been received. The confirmation message is sent over a wireless communication link to the sending device to reduce the number of visual codes being displayed.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems and methods for tracking and managing location information for automobile assets. By affixing passive transmitter tags with unique identification information to automobile assets, location information may be associated with designated areas and/or location information by scanning the passive transmitter tags at various scan points. The location and automobile asset information may be stored, read, and updated in a centralized cloud database platform, accessible at varying levels to suppliers, manufacturers, shippers, and others.

Abstract: A system and method for omnichannel text-based routing, transfer, and customer-to-enterprise communications. The system is a cloud-based network containing an interaction control server, a routing engine, an optimization engine, a media translation server, a mobile application, a business entity portal, mobile and compute devices for business enterprise and customer, and an enterprise database. Taken together or in part, said system optimizes customer interactions by delivering context aware text message, chat or email to customers; and when requested by customer, optimally routes with context, based upon a multitude of variables, to best available resource to handle the customer interaction. The system may be accessed through web browsers or purpose-built computer and mobile phone applications.

Abstract: An information exchange platform receives a file from a client system and processes the file for delivery to a trading partner (TP) of the client system. The TP does not need to be a client of the information exchange platform. So long as the file has some identifying information such as an email address that uniquely identifies the TP within a custom solution for the client system, the information exchange platform can automatically and programmatically provision the TP. An auto-provisioning subsystem is operable to create and/or configure information needed to complete the processing of the file just in time, including creating a legal entity and a routing address for the TP. When completed, the file is processed into a deliverable, which is then provided for delivery to the TP just in time as the file is received from the client system.

According to some embodiments, a relational database management system database and a plurality of database tables linked to the relational database management system database may be accessed. The back-end application computer server may retrieve electronic record layout information and utilize pre-determined logic associated with the plurality of linked tables, including logic that matches multiple pointers within a single pair of linked tables, to automatically insert accessed data into a customized electronic record in accordance with the electronic record layout information. The matching rules include at least one permutation key, where each permutation key identifies a subset of data to be grouped together in one of the data sets. Identifying the discrepancies includes attempting to match one or more first characteristics associated with the grouped subset of data in one of the data sets to one or more second characteristics associated with another of the data sets. The matching rules could involve multiple matching characteristics, and the matching rules could be generated using a metric to select the matching characteristics of the matching rules. The metric could be based on a combination of a number of matched data items and a number of matched groups of data items.

Abstract: A computing platform may receive, from a web server, entity identification information in different formats, and normalize the entity identification information. After normalizing the information, the computing platform may receive a plurality of interaction records each associated with an interaction between a system and a client of the system. The computing platform may compare the normalized entity identification information with the interaction records of the interactions between the system and the clients of the system. After determining that the entity identification information matches client information for one of the interaction records, the computing platform may send an alert to a control server. The alert may cause the control server to take one or more actions with respect to the client. For example, future attempts by the client to access one or more services offered by the system may be blocked for access by the client.

Images of tax documents of other or prior users are received, and a tax document image is selected. Tax data within the selected tax document image is redacted from the image to generate an image of a template of a tax document. Sections or interface elements of interview screens generated by the tax preparation program are mapped to sections of the template. When the current user selects an interface element such as a field, a pre-determined or selected portion of the template image is presented through the tax preparation application to the current user. The particular field mapped to the particular selected interface element may be identified or highlighted.

A server coupled to a data source determines whether an object stored in the data source received an update. The server identifies at least one identifier associated with a pre-computed result set based on that determination. The pre-computed result set is computed based on the object. Abstract: Systems and methods for verifying and monitoring employees are provided. Employees call-in to the system at scheduled times. If an employee misses a scheduled call-in, an alert can be generated. An employer notification process can generate the alert, notifying a supervisor of the employee's missed call. The alert can include the employee's name, the location of the employee, and the time he/she was supposed to call. Such systems and methods can be used to verify that a worker is at the proper location at the proper time and awake and alert during the entire time period that he/she is supposed to be working.

In an embodiment, the customer data unification system includes a data operation module and an identity resolution module, both coupled to a processor. The data operation module obtains organizational customer data and social customer data organizational data sources and social media sources, respectively. The unstructured data from the organizational customer data and social customer data is processed for standardization and de-duplication. Further, the identity resolution module determine an identity resolution value for the social customer data to determine a similarity between the organizational customer data and the social customer data. Subsequently, the organizational customer data and the social customer data are unified.

Abstract: A method, apparatus, and system of a campaign in a geo-spatial environment is disclosed. In one embodiment, a method includes populating each profile of a geo-spatial social network with an address data, forming a group in support of a campaign in the geo-spatial network when a particular user creates the group in support of the campaign and automatically communicating media to a physical location of a member of the group based on the address data associated with each profile of the geo-spatial network. The method may also include automatically creating the group based on a public data associated with each profile of the geo-spatial social network even prior to certain users associated with each profile registering geo-spatial social network by applying the public data to the each profile.

Abstract: A business rules batch processor is provided that includes a business rules manager that sends a plurality of pending requests to a rules database for processing. A business rules orchestrator receives statuses of the pending requests from the business rules manager. The business rules orchestrator manages the batch processing of the pending requests by assessing the rules database usage and job requirements of the pending requests.

Abstract: In an example embodiment, roles within a job based security model are refactored to roles within a task oriented security model. The task oriented security model comprises task roles, which allow access to functionality and data, and enabler roles, which provide limits on the scope of the task roles. Data such as user assignment data, role to functionality mapping, functionality authorization objects, user identity and organizational data may be combined and normalized to create a mapping of users to functionality and organizational data. A refactoring engine may then examine the map to identify new candidate roles using contiguous regions of the map. Tuning parameters and constraints allow tuning of the candidate roles, and statistical metrics allow evaluation of the candidate roles. Candidate roles may be tested and applied in the new system.

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention are directed to a system, method, or computer program product for providing customer document indexing and presentment for expedited loading, inserting, updating, and presenting documents within a database framework. The documents include customer documents based on customer interaction with the entity. Specifically, the invention receives electronic documents from sources within the entity. The invention expedites the loading/inserting of large quantities of documents to database tables for storage. Initially received data for loading is processed, via partitioning, onto temporary tables. The documents are staged and subsequently pointed to a destination base table for storage. In this way, a massive amount of data loading from the temporary table to a base table may occur. Once loaded, notification of the documents availability for customer access is then provided to the customer. The documents are then either sent to the customer or accessible by the customer via application.

Abstract: A machine implemented method and system for managing variation and customization of content or touchpoints for customer communications management. The touchpoint has a plurality of message zones able to receive messages from variants. Variants are selected from a database by a variant selector operating on a document composition server. The variants are selected based on selector data. The messages of the selected variant are placed into the message zones of the touchpoint and rendered for distribution to customer devices. When a variant at a higher level in the hierarchy is edited by the content creator, the system automatically updates dependent variants.

Abstract: A system is provided that implements a more systematic process for obtaining business knowledge that is more efficient and timely. The process automatically reads business documents and produces a business ontology. In one implementation, the process dissects documents into sentences or collection of words that most resembles a sentence. Natural language processing algorithms may be used to identify the role of term within a sentence. Terms and associations resulting from the document analysis are used to specify a business ontology which can be then used to provide input to a software design process, among other business uses.

Abstract: A method of managing how electronic files are created, stored, viewed, edited, distributed, shared, controlled and archived by a plurality of users from a plurality of remote devices. The method includes creating a virtual space on a centralized server; transmitting at least one electronic file via wireless or wireline communication link to the centralized server that stores the file and file properties; receiving and processing the virtual space, file and file properties on the centralized server over the communication link; and assigning said file by an automated method to a plurality of authorized individuals and groups.
