Abstract: A secure evidence sharing engine may facilitate and/or aid in the sharing of evidence documentation between providers and recipients of such information. In some examples, the engine may receive, from a client device, some identification information associated with a user. Additionally, the user, requesting or purchasing evidence can identify further parties to notify. At a later date, evidentiary documentation may be received regarding an item associated with the user. The secure evidence sharing engine may notify the user and identified parties that the evidentiary documentation is available for access. The interested parties may then access the evidentiary documentation after agreeing to terms and conditions and possibly paying a fee. Upon receipt of new evidence after an initial notification, the user and identified parties may receive notification of the new evidence and may choose to access the new evidence in a similar manner.

Abstract: A system is provided for controlling, real-time logging, and archiving complex commercial transactions such as the purchase and financing of an automobile. An electronic contract disclosure unit or ECDU includes a digitizing display for imaging documents involved in the transaction and a digitizer for manual interaction with images on the display. A computer controls the transaction, and may for instance, control the order of presentation of documents to a vehicle purchaser, receive the purchaser's signature on the displayed documents when required, offer choices of various packages that can be accepted or declined by the purchaser, and insures that the entire transaction is carried out properly. The ECDU logs the transaction for future review and preferably records video and audio. Fingerprint readers allow participants to select between options by pressing their thumb or finger on the readers.

Abstract: Methods, software, and devices for requesting approvals for a proposed contract from a plurality of hierarchical decision-makers are disclosed. A plurality of contract parameters of the proposed contract are received. Using the parameters, those decision-makers from whom approval of the proposed contract is required are automatically identified by comparing those parameters to stored approval criteria. An electronic representation of differences between the plurality of contract parameters and a prior-received contract parameters is generated. Identified decision-makers are arranged in a defined hierarchical order. The generated electronic representation of differences is electronically communication to the first identified decision-maker in the hierarchy, as ordered. Approval by the first identified decision-maker is received by electronic notification. Sending the generated electronic representation of differences and receiving approval are repeated for each subsequent decision-maker, as ordered.

Abstract: Improved approaches to notifying others of publications are disclosed. These improved approaches enable notifications to be timely and reliably made. In one embodiment, a notifor requests notification of certain publications be performed in an automated and controlled manner, and then notifications for such certain publications are automatically prepared and electronically transmitted to one or more notifees.

Abstract: A method and a system for preparing legally binding documents and signing them electronically. In the system, identification of the signatories and verification of the right to sign are provided by a strong identification service and a separate association information system. After this, the document is signed by electronic signature and a hash and identification information are stored from the signed document in the memory of the system. Copies of the document are delivered to the signatories and the document is then removed from the server. By the hash, it is possible later to determine whether the document was signed by the other signatory, when the document was signed, whether it has the same content and who signed it.

The approval process may be streamlined by providing supplemental contact information at each stage of the approval process. Confirmation of payments made via a wire transfer may be sent to a payee. A reference number from the wire transfer may be included in the confirmation. The reference number may permit tracking of the payment by the payee. Likewise, supplemental wire transfer information may be provided to the general ledger system to improve reconciliation of payments and invoices.

The system is operated by a host and utilized by a number of different entities that are involved in preparing and distributing private investigated related documents. The system also permits the automated invoicing and billing of private investigation related activities. The archiving of data related to private investigations can also be carried out by the present system. In still yet other embodiments, the system can permit real time editing of reports, the generation of reports via voice recognition, as well as access to streaming broadcasts. Other embodiments permit photographs and/or maps to be embedded into private investigation related reports.

The system leverages plant construction agnostic templates to generate plant deliverables (e.g., training materials, inspections, reports, design drawings, etc.). The plant deliverables can be converted from common, a generic format to a format desired by a client paying for the plant construction. Abstract: Method of receipt digitizing is disclosed. Retail customers create digital copies of paper receipts with a kiosk system before they leave. The digital copies are sent to customers' online space. This low cost method benefits customers with a centralized and organized means of keeping their receipts, and provides retailers a better way of delivering promotion information to relevant recipients. The solution is also good to the environment because it cuts coupon printing and increases awareness of the convenience of digital receipts. This awareness will eventually lead to the final phase out of paper receipt printing.

Accurate affected lists are constructed for an ongoing or impending litigation. Affected people, systems, or record types are included at first, and the list is modified over time once their exact association to the litigation context is clarified (new ones are added, not required are removed). Automation of data capture eliminates the risk of human error during data entry. Conflict resolution is applied when the same person, system, or record type is identified in the request scope, as part of multiple affiliations and associations. Overlapping lists are automatically merged to enable simple and efficient processing, without having to cull different lists. The documents are then printed from the sorted document print stream, separated into groups in accordance with their respective priorities and sorted in order of each group's respective order.

Abstract: Air waybills may be used by governments to aid in tax collection efforts. Conventionally, air waybills are printed on forms with pre-printed air waybill numbers and the number from the form entered into electronic storage. The air waybills may be used by some governments to assess taxes. New government rules allow the submission of electronic air waybills to government servers for tax enforcement. Electronic air waybills may be implemented by a computer system to increase the efficiency and productivity when accounting for shipments through a county. For example, air waybill numbers and fiscal identifier numbers may be assigned to an air waybill electronically. The air waybill is then transmitted to the government server for approval. Upon acceptance by the government of the air waybill the computer system may print the issued waybill.

The computer program permits one or more of the parties access to the document and prohibits all of the parties from modifying and deleting the document from the repository while any second remote party has access to the document.

Abstract: A system that may be used to generate documents, where the system is accessible from and integratable with remote systems is provided. A document generation system that may be provided as a service, in the sense that the system may be accessed via, e.g., the Internet, from remote systems such as credit aggregators. The system takes in information regarding the requirements (e.g., type of transaction, number of parties, amount of loan, price, governing law, etc.) of the document needed (e.g., a loan application, construction contract, etc.) and produces an appropriate form based on the input information.
